Dust Mite Avis 11

I wished I HAD checked the Trustpilot reviews BEFORE placing an order. £100 gone & dusted (unlike my dust mites).
This site is a scam. DO NOT USE IT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Over a month since placing order, no sign of products (or a refund!) and just a single response to my multiple emails blaming the postal service and a warehouse issue. Appalling customer service. Don’t trust the reviews on their website.

Where to start…
I ordered 2 originally and they seemed to help… decided to order 6 more!!!
This must be at least 6 weeks ago ..
( cost was £201.95)
After goodness knows how many emails … Lots!… last week we heard from Royal Mail saying they can’t deliver until I paid £42.44…. I did this because I thought finally I’d have the 6 plugs.. 🤔
So this morning I open package to find not 6 but 3 plugs… I’m literally shaking here… so angry with this company… they now owe me over £100- !!
I ideally wanted the plugs but I don’t really understand why they are so bad in their communications… it’s gone on so long now … !!
I wish I’d read this page before i originally ordered!!

Not a scam company, but sad to hear they continue to provide poor service. The plug-ins do work but won’t completely solve the issue as mite allergens will still come into the plugin area from other areas/rooms. Necessary to keep cleaning. I had a really bad time when I needed replacement adapters, they communicated with me but just seemed to think I was making it up. By the time they actually agreed to send more I had already purchased some adapters. If you can get what you need from them, then I recommend them, but I’ve had as much success in another part of the house by buying a good meaco dehumidifier which takes the moisture out of the air and makes it difficult for the mites to thrive. (Meaco have great customer service and are based in Guildford not Europe)

Ordered 3 units. They charged me twice - unable to contact so had to claim back through bank. Other units have not arrived and no response to email so it appears I will need to try and contact bank to see if they can get the money back from these people. Shocking service (I use the term service loosely) avoid at all costs. Dreadful

I paid for one unit and didn't get an order acknowledgement. Have not received what I paid for. SCAM. BEWARE. CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY.

Ordered 3units, £99 wasted! Only one unit arrived, after contacting the company they blamed a new member of staff picking error and promised to send the rest of the order out the next day… this has never been received and emails are being ignored now! Avoid like the plague! I will be contacting my bank to force a refund!

I ordered a family pack of 3 units.

My parcel arrived 2 weeks later but only contained two units.

I cannot get the units to plug in to the UK adaptors that are provided.

Do not use this company. Ordered 3 units not received anything. The phone number they provide rings once and then goes dead. No one replies to your email.

Update - the device finally arrived. The product is as described. However I would not recommend buying from this company. The customer service is non existent. Truly shocking service

I also now think this company is a scam. I ordered and paid £99 for 3 units. Received one unit and 3 adaptors. This is not at all what the website says. The alleged customer service number does not exist. There is no way to contact them except email. I have not received a reply.

I haven’t actually used the company but I think it is a scam. The “verified reviews” on their French website (traitement-anti-acariens.fr/) are identical to those on their English website, with the names changed. They seem to be the same company as pigeon-deterrent.co.uk (Van Orton, in Geneva) which is listed elsewhere on TrustPilot as a scam. The product being sold here is ALLERBED, which has no reviews elsewhere on the internet that I can find.
