Ordered Black List Season 8 as a Christmas present when it was watched disc 3 was the same as disc 4 and subtitles could not be turned off. Emailed DVD bestsellers but no response at all. Trying to obtain a refund through Paypay. Avoid at all costs

Like some other reviewers I ordered a dvd and then looked at Trustpilot and was a little concerned but the dvd arrived within 5 days and it is a new sealed dvd with no sign of fakery whatsoever and a great price. So who to believe? Well, I guess you take your chances and gamble with an unknown company but in this case it was all positive.

This guy is a complete Crook, I ordered 3 dvds from him and then I decided to do some research on his Company and found out he sells fake dvds. So I requested a refund before the goods had been processed and sent. He does not reply to emails and I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. When I explained my concerns about how he conducts his business he said he's glad he did not waste postage sending my items to me. Its been over 1 week with not reply from him. He also told me that all the negative reviews are left by rival sellers who are jealous of him and he has tens of thousands of happy customers.

I ordered and paid for a DVD Lucifer Series 5 on 31 January, I was told that delivery would take 3-5 days, it is now THREE weeks and still no DVD. My emails have gone unanswered and their phone number is permanently "engaged". This company is NOT genuine, is guilty of fraud and should be banned from the internet.

I would have rated zero - but no option. Do not buy goods through this site - they are all poor copies. I cannot believe they are accessible through Googlesearch.
In addition, although not surprisingly, the response from the sellers was aggressive and unhelpful. I have also applied through paypal for a refund as the seller would not accomodate this citing no issues with their goods??

Made the same mistake purchased an item at sale price then checked reviews and started to worry.i emailed the company straight away asking to cancel my order no reply it did arrive but looks like some knock off copy PayPal luckily refunded my money will never use again.

Before checking Trust pilot, I ordered a box set for my daughter however apart from a confirmation email from the sellers and PayPal confirming payment, I've heard nothing further...not replying to my emails and now very concerned...off to speak with my debit card company to reclaim my money.

brought The walking Dead season 10, fake/counterfeit copy, numerous spelling mistakes on back cover and dvd only plays with subtitles!!! phoned up, false number and e mailed ( no reply) Avoid this company!!

They give a false phone number on website, it rings some annoyed woman instead who tells you shes sick of people ringing her up thinking there ringing "Dvdbestsellers". I've checked the other reviews and one mentions a dead phone line, so maybe they discontinued the number and it got reassigned to the annoyed woman.
Also sent me faulty dvds.

Sent me a pirate copy of the avengers box set. Which also took 3 weeks to arrive. I have emailed them to complain. Waste of time and money. AVOID

Bought peaky blinders season 4 for my neighbour during the pandemic. Received order confirmation via email shortly after, and DVD arrived within 4-5 working days. No issues

I ordered dvd on the 5th and it came on the 8th. Fast and free delivery. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I placed an order then read trustpilot reviews and got really worried...but I need not have. It arrived very quickly and was an exceptionally good price. I would use again.

Ordered a DVD box set money came out same day. Received confirmation email but no idea of when the delivery was expected so I tried to call the number on their website which is a dead line. Then I emailed asking how long my order would take to come and they replied with in a day saying 3-5 working days. Well it’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve emailed twice regarding my order and have had no response. Absolute joke. Rubbish company don’t place any orders they are thieves!

DVD best sellers are a nightmare. I placed an order, they took my money the same day, sat on it for nearly a week before so say posting my items, which I had to chase. A week after they apparently posted it I still hadn't received it, so chased again, to be told if it went there in a few days they would refund - no apology and no offer to resend despite the fact I'd said I needed them for a present. They now say they have refunded my money - but I will probably have to wait another 2 weeks for it! Disgusting. I wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole!
