I am a small business providing quality products at a fair price with quick dispatch and excellent customer service. In my shop there is fabulous range of sewing, knitting, crochet goodies and a wide range of haberdashery essentials. I stock the full range of Gutermann Sew-all 100m, 500m 1000m colours. In the Gutermann range I also have the Toldi-lock overlocking thread, cottons, silk threads, maraflex, shirring thread, machine embroidery thread and much much more. Also in my lovely shop I've large range of Prym essentials, tapestry kits, children's cross stitch kits, Elbesee tapestry frames and hoops. And not forgetting the beautiful Hemline Gold range - a fabulous range of beautifully crafted sewing essentials. I stock the fabulous Wolltraum yarn from Switzerland - this is a beautiful gradient yarn. I have a great range of Milward Scissors, Clover essentials, scissors and rotary cutters from Fiskars, and other goodies from Emma Ball, Janie Crow, Schmetz and Trimits to name a few. I post UK and worldwide, or you are welcome to place your order and collect. Exactly what I wanted
I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted as Dymphna's shop is very local to me. Not only that but Dymphna opened the shop especially for me as it wasn't within her normal opening hous when I called - what a star.

Received my project. Well packaged, complete kit to make the project, with lots of help links listed and a comprehensive instruction book. Really looking forward to making my bag with the hook that was included, Which is not one I currently have in my collection.

Good customer service
Unexplained delay in delivery. When I contacted seller, they responded really promptly with a solution, so overall, I’ve had good service, even though I haven’t yet received the item.

BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE YOU BUY
So disappointed. I finally found the colour wool I’d been looking for, however I never received it. The initial query about this was answered very quickly however, it has been over two weeks and I have not received my items. The second contact I made regarding this has been ignored. I will be asking for a refund, but I don’t hold out much hope of hearing back from the company.
