Their engineer Ronan came out to me after 8 pm on a Sunday night. My daughter was locked in her bedroom where the lock had broken apart.

He had a tricky job trying to extract the lock. It was all done in a professional way with a very calm Ronan.

Locked myself out of the house. Spoke to them over the phone and was given the price and ETA. Paul arrived at the house in less than an hour. The setup on our lock was challenging but he found a solution and worked to get us inside quickly. Thanks a mil

A late night fault in our front door’s closing mechanism rendered the door unusable in stuck closed. Nothing was going to get it open!
From the first call I felt looked after. I was given a time to expect someone to arrive; he was delayed but I was updated on the time.
Getting the door open was a major task and it then required a parts that had to be collected from Dublin City Centre. Ronan did the job without a grumble, collects parts and at 2am it was a relief to be able to close and lock the front door when he left.
The job was done efficiently, without a grumble and ata a fair price.
Thanks to all I spoke to and especially to Ronan for your perseverance on one very stubborn door!

Had an emergency on Sun 5 November. Rang at 8am and someone came an hour later I was sorted in a very short time. Excellent service highly recommend this company and Paul the locksmith who called.
