Great shop amazing customer service would highly recommend

I have emailed I have left answer phone messages and no response I ordered from them online Dec 6th and I still don’t have it the post are saying it’s here but it’s not .They won’t respond to me .So my credit card people are sorting it out .Very unprofessional and rude not to answer Beware to buy online from them it’s not me who should be chasing the post they are the customer as the post office pointed out to me !!! All sorted out now had a full refund

I'll give Essex marine aquatics a 5 star experience for the most excellent delivery service of any shop I've ever used👍.I'll put in a order for my Bubble magus reef roller mat and usually on the 2nd day it arrives👍.You can't say better than that👍.

I've had fish delivered which was a smooth experience. Fish were well packaged and arrived happy and healthy. I've been a few times since as I only live half an hour away. The past couple of times I bought online to collect then made further purchases when in the shop. The selection and pricing is good. The livestock is healthy and well looked after. The staff are super nice and really helpful. Now my go to place for marine purchases. I highly recommend them to anyone in the saltwater hobby

Healthy starfish missing a limb but no bother the package was huge for only in thing but was snug inside with 2 heat packs, seller came into contact because of wrong information and still happily came the same week so would buy from again 😁 😀 😊

The quality of the corals delivered at the time that was quoted. I was dubious of ordering corals on line again after being conned by a shop in Mildenhall Suffolk, but dealing with this Company, my faith has been restored many thanks.

Very happy good price coral good customer service all my coral looking very good but one never made it the lps touch coral never opened up got brown slime in 2 days had to take it out .all my tank levels all good flow good the frogspawn lps open up in know time looking very happy and big . so I don't no why the touch died I never contacted Essex marine to let the know . still overall happy yes wish the touch made the move .

I was realy impressed with the quality of the inverts I received and how well packaged they were.

I have had a few issues with other online suppliers where they have been packed poorly and also DOA.
