E-Venture Bikes Avis 

I ordered my ebike (lapierre 300) on Tuesday, it arrived on Friday charged and just needing some adjustments to saddle and handlebars.
My first 20 mile ride was a breeze, only really needing to use the lowest setting to sail up a few hills. It still felt like a bit of a work out. Very pleased with both bike and swift efficient service.

Brilliant support and after service care. I received a smart turbo trainer within 24 hours and I phoned them for some questions and they responded both on messenger and over the phone quickly.

Took a while to arrive but it was Christmas. Some tracking information would have been good. The packaging was a bit tatty

Contacted e-venture bikes about purchase of a kids mountain bike. The team were very responsive and helpful. The bike arrived well packed and in a timely manner.

Bought a Moon Nebula real bike light, which at the time was 'In Stock', unfortunately the following day I received an email stating they were sorry, but did not have any lights left and would issue a refund - no stock anticipated for several months. Despite my disappointment, the refund was processed promptly, so feel the 4 stars is worthy, despite having to go elsewhere for my light.

This company were very hard to get hold of.

When i did i was promised my item i brought would be sent to me/ The 13th of April i placed my order i am still waiting . shocking service

Really friendly and communicative staff. Super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My bike turned up quickly despite lockdown delays and well-packed. It was great to be able to support an independent supplier. I cannot recommend E Venture Bikes highly enough.

The 2 Mike's know their stuff, and were able to sell me a bike and prepare it for same day collection. Recommended 😃

I have emailed this bike shop with no reply I have phoned and keep getting told some one will call me back but they haven’t Very poor 😤

We bought ex-hire ebikes through the website and were really pleased with the excellent service and quality of the bikes. They arrived in a reasonable time considering it was during the coronavirus pandemic and were well packed. There was a good description of the bikes on the website but their condition exceeded our expectations when they arrived. It's been fantastic to have a new means of transport that is safe and healthy going forward.

Good delivery times but there were lots of scratches on the bike. Sent photos to the seller after speaking on the phone
Got no response. Poor particularly as I paid a lot for the bike.

I dont like to give a negative review and it is a difficult time now operating with covid 19, but communication was very poor and when the bike arrived, there was damage above what I had expected for a 2 month old ex hire bike.

I would like to amend my previous review, where I stated poor - the guys at E-venture have since been great and have sourced a superior model of a turbo trainer to the one I ordered without charging me extra. Many thanks - really appreciated.

Excellent service, fast delivery.

Phoned up to see if they had a bike in stock and we were informed it was. Placed an order and was looking forward to delivery, but had an email to say the order had been refunded. 4 days later, still waiting for money back
