I had such a great experience with EarDoc from start to finish. The whole process was incredibly easy and convenient, everything was done from home, which made it so much less stressful compared to having to go into a clinic and waiting. I loved that I could speak with a qualified audiologist via telehealth and have my hearing aids delivered quickly, then adjusted remotely to suit me perfectly.
What really stood out was the personalised care and ongoing support. The team genuinely took the time to understand my needs and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The 21-day free trial is such a great idea too, it gave me the confidence to try them in my everyday life and really see how they fit into my daily routine, so I knew they were the right choice for me.
Overall, EarDoc makes hearing care simple, accessible, and actually enjoyable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, hassle-free way to improve their hearing!
Having had a few other supposed reputable brands and companies, everyone drives past their branches everyday, Ear Doc stands head and shoulders above the supposed best brands. Out of frustration I tried Ear Doc and only wish I hadn't wasted $7800 on the other brands and several hundred dollars on other cheaper advertised brands. Mo and his team were terrific, regular calls to set the aids up to suit me personally, nothing was too difficult, genuine assistance even after I stated i was reticent to go through all of the testing, checks and balances, i had concerns about no actual site visit for tests, fitting etc, these are the absolute best hearing aids I have ever had. This is not a made up review, I am happy to be contacted direct if you like, dont waste you time, effort or money with the other well known companies, Mo and his team are there to genuinely help with hearing loss. Go with Mo and his team, you will not be disappointed.

It has an echo which makes it awful to listen to the tv. I was contacted by Eardoc who think that it is my hearing aids causing the problem and that they need adjusting. I will update when I next see my audiologist to see if that adjustment gets rid of the echo.

I reached out with a few questions about telehealth services as I wasn't sure how it compared to in person appointments. I had a video call with the Audiologist Mo and he explained how the same testing and services could be conducted over the phone by connecting your hearing aids to the hearing aid app. At first a bit skeptical, I went ahead with the remote telehealth program and was pleasantly surprised with how similar it was to an in clinic appointment. The hearing aids were programmed and tuned to suit my lifestyle, and I have access to schedule as many telehealth appointments as I need. I understand how others, like me initially, would be skeptical about telehealth and remote fittings, however I would definitely recommend it as the hearing aids ended up being fitted better than with my previous in-clinic provider.
