Very professional from start to finish, not only did I have my ears de waxed, but I also had my hearing aids checked and cleaned with new parts, which really surprised me, and saved a hospital visit. Issy at the North Cotswolds Ear Hygiene Centre had been recommended via two independent routes. I’ve had micro-suction and syringing ear treatments in the past for wax build-up. Issy has been the most impressive so far. Apart from being very friendly and welcoming, and working from a spotless clinic, I was impressed by her knowledge and competence. Attended The Willows slightly apprehensive since we had never had similar treatment before. We didnt need to worry. The reception was welcoming, helpful and reassuring. I wanted a second opinion and Issy was absolutely brilliant. She took plenty of time to make sure she didn’t irritate and already blocked ear. She gave lots of good advice about aftercare too. I’ll definitely use again.

Issy was incredibly helpful. I wasn't sure if I had blocked ears but have been suffering with a lot of sinus pain so wanted to get them checked. Issy very quickly established that the external canal was clear on both sides. She gave me lots of advice about how to try to clear the eustachian tube which I am now following. Would definitely recommend visiting Issy if you have any ear problems. Very friendly and helpful.
