I ordered a swim romper on the 26th of February. I live overseas but have things shipped Stateside.
It first stated it was shipped from Italy the beginning of March.
March 12th it cleared US customs. March 26th it stated it was in New Mexico. No updates for 6 days.
When I contacted customer service April 1st, I was given a different tracking number. This tracking showed the item went to China March 30th.
So far I have found no number to call or a way to talk to an actual person so my hopes are not high right now but we'll see. (I'm writing this April 2nd)
I ordered after much debating as I am usually skeptical of social media ads...based on other reviews this is probably a lesson learned, unfortunately.
Shipped and made in USA? No even. SLOW SHIPPING. I've been waiting 9 days now and the item is still in the UK. What a joke!! Then this company had the nerve to charge me a second time for the tax! Come on, we know you are not collecting tax for the US of A. Can't trust this company. Never again and I still haven't received the item yet. It's probably JUNK!
Ordered what I thought was a stacking planter complete set. Only received one part of my order, ad was very deceptive and unclear. BEWARE of this company.
This company is deceptive. They will show a picture of a product thinking that is what you are going to get but instead, it will be a portion of what's shown. I purchased an item (buy 4 get 6) and in the end I got 1 set item with 6 pieces. I paid $95 (for 6 pieces) but the same itema can be bought from Amazon for $35.
Ordered a swim romper. They say 5-7 days for delivery but It’s been over a month now and not received. Asked for a refund but they are blaming the shipping company! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now it’s almost the end of January and the package is nowhere in sight! They keep saying to be patient, but I live in Ottawa and the last time I checked the shipping update it said it was in Iqaluit! It’s clearly lost and at this point, I just want a refund.
I ordered a swim romper on 1/2/24. It took longer than expected to receive, which in this case was fine because it was bought for a future trip. Immediately after purchasing, the person for whom I ordered changed their mind about what they wanted, so I Immediately went to the website to see if I could cancel an order. The site said that if an order wasn't canceled within 12 hours of ordering, a return would need to be initiated after receiving the item. There was no way to personally cancel my order, so I emailed the company, letting them know what happened. They waited a convenient 12-plus hours to answer my email to let me know the item had already been shipped. A few days after receiving the item, I initiated contact again to begin a return process. I was sent an email with a link to 24/7 after-order care, but when clicked on, the link said it had expired. I clicked on a link to contact the company, and the link again said it was expired. At this point, it looks as though, like many others, I am stuck with an item that. Is not only unwanted, but when tried on to see if their mind would be changed, did not fit well for their particular body type. The swim top was too large, and the bottoms were too small. The outer romper fit well, but it is a horrible color of green. I've never seen a bathing suit that color, and for good reason. I feel I was a patient customer, and I'm frustrated by the customer service I received (or didn't). I also can not seem to be refunded for the purchase.
I ordered a swim romper and the company took my money. It took over a month before I recieved the item. When it finally arrived, I discovered it was a 3 piece ensemble which I didn't know and it wasn't advirtised as 3 pieces. I would never wear bikini bottoms. Since I wanted to return the item, they asked me to send pictures of the SKU codes, which I did so that I may get the returning address. After many emails back and forth they claimed I ordered the romper and maybe I could offer it to someone else. How ridiculous! My experience has been awful and I will never oder from that company again!!

I ordered swim rompers and paid for swim rompers on 26/09/2023 and still have not received them. I have emailed the support team and keep receiving a message saying that the email has not been able to be sent. The tracking number has not been updated since 24/10/2023 and I cannot get a satisfactory response. I will not be use this online store again.
I have now received my swimsuit two months late. The swimsuit is nice quality but a bit on the small size.
nice velvet-like material, has elastic bands inside the crown opening to fit many head sizes and shapes. the flexible wire inside allows for you to bend and curl the tip of the hat anyway you like.
Our son was a big fan, he found them comfortable really likes the colors. They’re also easy to clean.
