Very happy with the company. Have had their products installed for a few years and not missed a beat. Got my system serviced from Asif and H, they were very professional and clean.

Asif, their new senior engineer is excellent. He services our Ecocent HW system and two Ecocent Air MVHR’s very well and gives a very good explanation of how they work. Very happy.

I just cannot get any help. Nothing. Apart from refusing to install after I bought their kit things just get worse and worse from Nick and Co.
1. I have their Ecocent, which was supplied with a manual that wasn't representative of the operation through the control panel.
2. One of the sacrificial probes started to leak from the seal, so asked for a replacement (should be under warranty. No help. Nothing sent. Zip.
3. Needed to make some setting adjustments. Asked for updated manual. Nothing.
It's so poor it's probably reportable to standards!

Had my existing ESP system serviced by ESP on Monday. Coming back to the property on Friday, I find that during the service they have caused the cylinder to leak. (In their own words, ”seems it wasn’t tightened enough”.) No offer to rectify the situation, just suggesting that my (non existent) husband should help me. Also still haven’t received a service report, only a proforma for replacing the entire system. So far no response regarding what service schedule, noise levels or warranty the system would have. Have now cancelled my installation date and called an emergency plumber to fix their mess.

I have been a week without an air source heat pump and hot water tank. All was sorted and working in a day. The team of guys that came worked flat out and then explained in detail how to work everything.

The team were careful, very tidy and informative in getting a heavy combined water heater water storage tank installed on the third floor.

We had our annual service from Earth Save and have to say the work carried out by Asif was first class.

This was a massive improvement on our previous experience and Asif provided really helpful advice and recommendations for the efficient operation of our system.

A replacement Ecocent tank fitted by two fantastic engineers. Friendly, efficient & tidy! Asif and Nevil took their time in explaining the workings of the new tank - do's and don'ts and made sure that all was up and running before they left.

Great experience with Earth save products from supply to sign off! excellent service with outstanding knowledge. A super service with smooth final paperwork sign off, for our grant.

This is our second ASHP from ESP we changed the first due to the masive tech improvement made in them . The original was still running strong after13 years.
The Greenline R290 inverter ASHP is performing exceptionally well at a considerable saving approx 5000kw over the year.
It stays defrosted easily and is quiet. First class dealings with the team and great back up service. They are exceptionally knowledgeable about heat pumps I can't recomend them enough.

Excellent service and product. The air source heat pumps are a beautiful design and run efficiently and quietly. The 365 days/year online support is extremely good and reassuring. We had a minor issue which was resolved quickly and professionally and I felt my view point was listened to and the issue was resolved. Nick is very polite and helpful and I found the engineers were excellent and efficient.

We built a new Eco home and wanted to install a GSHP and MVHR. It has very frustrating initially, there are a lot of firms who don't want to be involved in these new technologies or give poor advice. Earth save products saved the day! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Steve even expertly fitted and commissioned someone elses MVHR that I had purchased from a firm that clearly didn't know what they were doing. ESP installed my air-source heat pump quickly and efficiently but much more than this they put in a huge amount of work to ensure that I received a grant for this installation.

Organised service with ESP for our Ecocent water heater. There was also a minor problem with it.
Jamie arrived on time. Polite ,knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. Within 2 hours the unit had been fully serviced and the problem rectified. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thankyou

I did post a negative review out of frustration. But it seems like this company does care, got a prompt and a genuine reply. I am hoping my issue will now be sorted.

I chose Earthsave to supply the Air Source heat Pump and underfloor for our house rebuild as the quality of the equipment was far superior to the run of the mill Mitsubishi equipment for not a great deal more. They have been so helpful and knowledgable throughout - advising on changing specs and equipment as our build has evolved from a refurbishment to a rebuild.

Our first purchase was the Ecocent MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery) system which provides ventilation to all our wet areas and uses the energy in the waste moist air to heat our hot water. I have to say I was very sceptical about this but it's fantastic - we have loads of hot water at minimal cost.

As we had to rebuild we were able to have hot water UFH on all 3 floors, powered by Earthsave's New Greenline R290 Heat Pump. A benefit of having the Ecocent for Domestic Hot Water is that we can run the heating separately. Our system was commissioned in May but didn't really start heating the house until October, although we did occasionally notice the pump whir as it maintained cylinder temperature. There is very little noise from the exchanger - only noticeable if you are outside and within 5 metres or so and it hardly runs at all in the summer. Now that it's winter the system has been maintaining a very comfortable 21C in our living rooms and 19C in our bedrooms. I'm quite surprised just how responsive UFH is - I had been led to believe it would take ages to heat up but really it will heat a cold bedroom from 16C to 19C in a couple of hours.

Earthsave have been fantastic to work with all along, responsive, informed, proactive and patient. Their support matches their kit - top notch!

New Air Source Heat Pump Installed GREENLINE R290. It is a magnificent beast and heating the Under Floor Heating in a fraction of the time compared with the old unit. Unit is monitored (for a small charge) by Head Office and problems quickly identified and/or avoided. Cant recommend this Company and this unit more highly
