The knives are as advertised
The knives are as advertised and quite sharp! It was not clear to me that the materials provided were electronic and I didn't know the extra blades I ordered were in one of the boxes. Overall very happy with the product and the customer service team. Very responsive and cordial.

I ordered this bread knife for myself and my daughter who bakes bread. We love it! Had a small issue with receiving the free downloadable gifts which when I contacted them, Sarah immediately responded and emailed the gifts to me.

A Christmas gift.

They are so kind and I love knowing I am supporting a small business while fueling my bread making needs. The knife itself is amazing. I love how clean it cuts and how conveniently it can be stored. Great customer service!
After thinking I didn't receive the ebooks,Sarah promptly sent them to me directly and saved me the time if searching through my emails. She stayed in touch with me to make sure I didn't need any more assistance. Great customer service! I look forward to giving the bread knives and ebooks to my daughter- in-laws for Christmas. Got the package but took awhile.
Ordered the bow bread knife as a present for a dear friend who is a seasoned sourdough baker. She loved the knife!
My issue was the time and tracking of the package which was addressed quickly. They worked with me until the issue was resolved. Ms. Sarah Jackson was extremely kind and courteous. Definitely an asset to Earthly Bliss. Highly recommend this company but be aware of the shipping and tracking logistics.

100% satisfaction
Product was delivered timely, in great shape and the delivery included all it was purported to. I sent an email with a question, had a conversation with Sarah in customer service and was completely satisfied with her response. She was very eager to help. I would definitely order again.

What started as a unsolvable problem for me as a consumer became an opportunity for Earthy Bliss to show their customer service is A-1. They advertise that most customer service issues are addressed within 24 hours… trust them, they’re here to help you have the best experience you can have while shopping Earthy Bliss.

Only received half my order and no response from company
I ordered 3 items-a knife and 2 bread bags. Included was a free book.
I received the knife very quickly but not the bags. When I ordered, the knife appeared to be a separate shipping from the bags and the book.
The tracking order on the bags say they were delivered at the same time as the knife.
I did not recieve them. I have emailed the company twice with no response. Their website states they will replay within 12-24 hours. It has been over 48 hours and 2 emails. There is no phone number to call. Very disappointing- this is a Christmas gift and now I am out the gift and apparently the money I spent on this. Will have to shop elsewhere and hope it gets here on time.
Their products might be good but zero customer service.

Total scam, exact same situation as others. Tracking number says that USPS seized the package. No response from company!!
