Great concept! Everything as far as service and fit of product is great. Im retired product designer, and since you asked… I think you’re very close to taking over the IEM market with a disruptive product. What needs to be addressed: I’m not digging the stickiness of the silicone. They’re hard to fit and the lube thing isn’t gonna fly. My Westones were hard smooth plastic and much easier to fit. Realize they have to engage 3rd party drivers, maybe different type of plastic material. I play bass, the precision fit /seal seems to over embellish bass frequencies… normally people like this effect, but in performance it blurs the response and makes tone feel muffled. My suspicion is that it may have something to do with the length and softness of the earpiece canal. Best wishes, great concept! Good luck.

Ordered the mixed size pack since I'm between small and medium. Found both sizes to be a significant step down in comfort when wearing the airpods for extended periods of time. Two stars for timely shipping.

the mold fit perfect the music i can hear almost better with them in my ears at work! and my AIR POD 4S HAVE NOT FALLEN OUT OF MY EARS. BECAUSE OTHER CHEAPER EARBUDS WOULD NOT SET IN MY EAR CANAL RIGHT AND THAT CAUSED THEM TO FALL OUT AND WOULD HAVE TO PICK UP OFF FLOOR AND WIPE THEM OFF AN PUT IT BACK IN THE MY EAR! THANKS YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

The turnaround time was super fast, and I love the finished product. Being able to use my current IEMs and still have flexibility in the custom molds was awesome

The right ear is not tight fit for AirPod. The AirPod falls out a lot. The fit is good but the sound is muffled as compared to AirPod tips.

The fit is great! They fit very snug and are comfortable.

I've had only good experiences with eartune (mostly ADVs and related stuff), they are a great source of informations and the products are all excellent.

The custom molds were a perfect fit in my ear and with the axil hearing protection. They seal up very well and are comfortable to wear.

The in-ear plugs fit like a glove. I have tried other brands without such good results. Excellent communication and fast srvice. Would do business again, A+

Absolutely great service and great product!

These aren’t usable. I’m not even sure the molds match my audiologist impressions. The impressions at the audiologist felt amazing. - The customs tips are SO difficult to get into the ear and never seem to insert around the bend or seal anything and they stick out. I mean I have a bleeding abrasion on my ear from struggling to get them in. The AirPods Pro’s fall out of the little holes while trying to wrestle the things into the ear so even if I got them in right it wouldn’t work because trying to find the hole again blind does t really work. I just don’t see how these are right. This can’t possibly be how these are supposed to be.

This is my first time using molds and I must say the clarity of my mix is next level. The molds are comfortable to the point I forgot I had them on!It cool to know that my molds can be customize to house my favorite IEM! I highly recommend eartune to any musician, singer, gamer, and/or any one on the go!!

I had trouble finding ear tips that stayed in my ears. I kept having to push my IEM’s in with my fingers to readjust them, I hated losing the air seal and losing the the bass. I got these ear tips they fit perfect, airtight seal, and the bass was phenomenal. I love them worth every penny.

This is the most comfortable earpiece I’ve ever worn. I don’t know what else to say. Well worth the money.

Customer service could have notified me first about a back order. I had to ask what the status was. Product not worth the wait or price

Having already purchased customed fit ear tips for my Sennheiser IE600 IEM's, and being totally satisfied, when I purchased the Crinear Daybreak IEM's, I immediately ordered the ear tips for them. Eartune has helped solve the problem of manufacturer ear tips that are ill fitting, with noise leakage and awful sound reproduction. Eartune custom fit ear tips seal virtually all outside noise and tremendously enhance the sound and frequency range. And the fit is perfect. Thanks also to them for including sample packets of Warner Tec-Care Ear-gel which helps in easy insertion of the ear tips and helps to create an additional seal. I have ordered bottles directly from Warner Tech Care Products. For any IEM's I purchased in the future, my next purchase will be with Eartune. Thanks.

I ordered a set of custom ear tips for my AirPod Pro 3 earbuds. I sent in custom molds of my ears from the audiologist. They produced the tips and shipped them to me, and they fit well, and work perfectly.

My one quibble is that it would have been nice to have some order updates in between: “We got your order” and: “We shipped your order”

Excellent construction with clear, easy-to-follow instructions for inserting the plugs. I was genuinely impressed by how much additional noise they block on their own. With noise canceling turned on, I can barely hear anyone around me, which is a game-changer in my large, open office with about 90 people.

Even without electronics, the passive noise reduction is outstanding. They’re comfortable enough to wear all day, and the overall build quality really stands out. Thoughtfully designed, effective, and comfortable, this is a truly superb product.
