I am a returning customer to the Kings Heath branch and was amazed at how much the technology has improved since my last visit. Zoya saw me today and was lovely throughout, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing.

It was really helpful being able to see what she was seeing on the screen, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen the inside of my ear canal.

The pressure I had in my head has completely gone, and I feel human again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic

I’d been struggling with my ears for a while and had tried several drops from the doctor, but nothing worked. I visited the Sutton branch and was absolutely blown away by the results. Watching the earwax being removed was strangely satisfying, and now my ears feel incredible! The company was recommended to me by Boots Hearingcare, as my 96 year old mother had become totally deaf, due to solid wax in both ears. She is frail, so an appointment at home was essential. Danish, from the company’s Coventry clinic, visited my mother. She was worried about the procedure, but he was so reassuring and caring, that she felt no pain at all. He wrote notes to her, explaining every aspect, so she was aware of what was happening. She is now totally wax- free, and can wear her hearing aids again. I cannot remember the time when her hearing was so good. I have asked Danish to return every 6 months, as I cannot imagine having better care for my elderly mother from anyone else.

The specialist I visited with my 15 year old son was very friendly and reassuring from the moment we were called into the consultation room He examined my sons ears and although he did not require any further treatment, gave some very useful information and explained the cause of my sons symptoms and what to do to alleviate the discomfort he was experiencing Due to the fact that no further treatment was necessary the consultant only charged us the deposit fee we paid without having to pay for the consultation which was unexpected and very much appreciated
