I told you I qualify for the $25…

I told you I qualify for the $25 pensioner ticket (which you obviously don't have access to) and you proceeded to take every dollar I had and withdrew over $400 out of my account and told me that I still owed over $100 more. This is fraud and unless you refund me my stolen money I will see you in court.

I pressed wrongly

I pressed wrongly. I would give them a zero because I’m quite angry with their company by confusing me. I have lost over $600 by their miss representative who confused me. I’m 93 and a pensioner and I have lost all that money. I really think that they should be punished. Regards Gordon R Lindsell ( Very angry)

THEY JUST RIPPED US OFF

THEY JUST RIPPED US OFF - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!
I was looking for flights online and EASE Travel came up- but I needed to call them to book our flights. I called and spoke to WILL - gave him my budget and dates which he patiently checked and booked exactly what I required. I PAID for the booking and was told the tickets would be emailed within 24 hrs. 3 business days later I still did not receive our tickets so I called up Will who told me he would follow up with the booking team and call me back in 2 hours- to NO avail. He later rang and asked for my Driver's License to verify the payment.
A few hours later he called me to tell me that he could not provide my departure ticket as the promo was sold out. He instead offered me a more EXPENSIVE ticket with an extra $900 in addition. I declined and asked him to refund my payment of $4600.30 so I could continue looking elsewhere. He assured me that he will still try to find something suitable. I even told him I was ok to pay and additional $600 to keep the same flights.
Next day I called again and he told me he is still working on it and he would call me back within 2 hours. 4 hours passed and no call received. I called the office again and asked to speak to a senior. I was transferred to NANCY who claimed to.be the Supervisor. I tried to explain to her the situation with the booking and also tried to explain to her that I had been in contact with Travel Pay, who are the billing Company and I explained to them what had happened. They were happy to do the refund asap upon Ease travels confirmation. -
While I was trying to explain all his to her she began yelling on the phone telling me to be quiet as she wanted to talk. She then said they can offer an alternative flight using Ethiopia Airways with additional cost of $390 per ticket.
I told her I did not want to fly with the Airlines she suggested and requested a refund instead as she could not provide the same flight that I had booked and paid for.
She then told me that a refund would take 7-14 days. I explained to her, that was unacceptable as I needed the money to purchase tickets through another travel agent and that this issue was through NO fault of OURS.
She said that's their cancellation policy - I disputed the delay as it was NO fault of ours which I reminded her of again- but this fell on deaf ears.
She then sent an email advising that a refund was requested but $250 pp ($500) cancellation fee was applied.
I replied her email and again mentioned, that it was not US cancelling the booking, they could not service the booking that we paid for. So, we were disputing the cancellation fees.
With that I went directly to my bank and put in a dispute on that payment.
I forwarded the dispute details to her (NANCY) at EASE Travel and to Travel Pay the company that invoiced us.
I then received a call from EASE Travel via their whatsapp number and it was "NANCY" on the line. She addressed me by the incorrect name as "Narelle" I corrected her and she asked if I remember having a conversation with her- I confirmed that I did.
She went on to say " so you are disputing the payment- do you think you will get your money back" - I replied "yes as I did not get the service I paid for".
"NANCY"went on to say: "You know you are a B**tch" and hung the phone.
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL- I AM STILL IN SHOCK!
I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH ANYONE SO RUDE IN MY ENTIRE PROFESSIONAL LIFE.
I will be taking this to the ACCC and Ombudsman as Companies with such LOW standards shouldn't be operating in AUSTRALIA.
