Helpful professional and friendly from start to finish. East coast appliances looked at my broken dishwasher but found it beyond economic repair. They advised me on possible replacements, guided me with the new purchase and arranged delivery and installation of the new one and disposal of the old one. No problems, no fuss, all good! Would recommend to others.

I called the company and they booked me in in a two day window which I was pleased had a look got the part straight away and fitted next morning 🤩 that’s what you call quick and efficient service very polite and friendly would definitely recommend.

Had a small problem with our Tumble Dryer ( noise caused by loose bearing ). Douglas explained the problem and dealt with the issue efficiently, all at a reasonable cost, which he told us about before starting the job.

Doug and Tyler arrived on time, sorted out my washing machine issue, which wasn’t the machine at all! They fixed my waste pipe to the wall, tested that the problem was solved, cleaned up and left everything shipshape. Very good humoured and efficient. Recommend this company. Thank you both

I originally booked this company to complete a job for my elderly parents and they were also impressed with the company and as elders they felt very comfortable with the engineer in their home.

Arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem with my American style Fridge Freezer and fixed it without delay.
Most efficient and polite, and left my Kitchen clean and tidy.

Called East Coast Appliances to look at my tumble dryer and my dishwasher. Doug and his apprentice, were courteous and worked hard to resolve the issues with both machines.
Unfortunately the dishwasher was found to be uneconomical to repair, but Doug really tried his best to ‘revive’ it without having to replace any parts. They tidied up before they left.
The bill was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time spent.
Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10
