Doesn’t take care of customers. Didn’t have the right price online and asked for more money after order was placed. Zero customer service sense or skill.

Good communication, resounding right away

I purchased an Antminer S9 hash board. I realize this was a used item, but it was filthy dirty when I received it and one of the heat sinks came off, I assume during shipping. Again, I know this was a used piece of equipment, but you could at least attempt to clean it up a bit before reselling it. Also, you should pack the board a little better, in a box that fits the board.

If customer service is KING then you want to purchase from East Coast ASIC. Vince is the man and will help you get everything you need in a timely manner. Seriously I can't express enough just how helpful they are in getting anything ASIC related.
