Deep Clean - 5 Stars
Patricia and her colleague did an excellent job in helping to bring the cleanliness of our rental property up to an acceptable condition (it was left in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness by the estate agent, Dexters East Dulwich, when we moved in).
She wiped out drawers and cupboards, hoovered the floor with her own Miele vacuum cleaner, and remedied the condition of the bathroom (which was superficially clean but, in fact, very mucky and unappealing to use). All was done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. Thank you Patricia!

Badly done end of tenancy cleaning, late
We booked an end of tenancy cleaning. They were an hour and a half late, very bad at replying to messages, insisted I pay up front, and then didn't clean properly so I've had my deposit deducted by the same amount again for additional cleaning.

It’s a difficult task to find reliable service providers online. Usually, I ask my neighbors or friends about service they used, but this time I went with EAST DULWICH CLEANING SERVICES after seen their good ratings and recommendations on EAST DULWICH FORUM , No Regrets,
The girl Patricia were super polite, efficient and professional. Some areas needed attention, and they spent most of their time in those spots. They were enthusiastic to help, and it was wonderful to have them for us!
The service was very professional; they cleaned everything in record time, and I was amazed by their thoroughness.Great job!

After an agreement to cover a month of…
After an agreement to cover a month of regular cleaning service, the provider did not turn up on the day. Moreover did not respond to my message for an explanation either. Now it's day two, and we are left with no reason for the no-show.
This affected our household plans for the weekend.
Very disappointed, given this person was recommended to us.

My girls went to your property to do the scheduled cleaning , they knocked your door many times and didn’t get any reply , we also have the photos and evidence of the girls outside your property , and as i spoke to you over the phone , you have cctv there as well and I’m sure you can confirm they have been there.

We have used dulwich cleaning for an end of tenancy clean and now use them for regular cleans at our new home. Patricia is very responsive and Laura who comes to clean for us is lovely and does a very thorough job! Highly recommend!
