Paid extra for faster delivery and it ended up coming in 7 days instead of 3 . The case had a piece broken. So$60 for case and shipping and not worth it. The case also is poor quality.

It’s a pretty Gucci design but much harder to to push the buttons on either side of the phone. It’s almost like the case itself is too close to the buttons or something & feels stiff.

Scam, Case Never Arrived! My Case or Refund!

I ordered this case April 6th 2025. It is now May 21st 2025 and it has still not arrived. The last time it moved was April 12th 2025 and currently has said it is in Jamaica, New York. This should not take this long to arrive seeing as I am within the country. But the payment surely went through fast! I feel this is a huge scam. I WILL ACCEPT A REFUND OR MY CASE (IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH)

Exceptional products & outstanding customer service

By the time I received my order, my phone ended up being replaced under warranty. I was unaware that with this warranty claim, I would receive a model newer than the model I purchased a case for. I reached out and made customer service aware of the circumstances. To my surprise, they offered to ship a case for the newer model in the same style as the original item as a gift!! I've never had such a wonderful customer service experience. I will say that you should anticipate a bit of a wait for your items to be delivered. All in all, this has been an exceptional experience.
