Very unprofessional customer service
Very unprofessional customer service. Usually I’m not that type of person to make a complaint or to write a bad review, but what experience I had today with this company it was just not worth to pay that much money. I went to this place to print out my certificate as the day before I emailed them asking if I can walk in to get that printed. In the beginning the guys looked friendly and helpful, but it took me 40min to stand and wait for one piece of paper to be printed!! As I understood they had problem with printer and tried to sort that out, but as a customer I should be aware of that, as I left work for an hour break and spent 40min of waiting without telling me how long it will take and at least to say sorry for waiting. 10min before my break finishing I asked the guy how long it will take as I don’t really have time to wait any longer, I have to return to my work place. He looked at me with very unhappy face and answered: give me 5min!
I think customer service needs to be improved a lot. I would never go back to this company and would never recommend to anyone else to do so.
