Easy Airport Parking Avis 8

My experience with this company was very poor.
They lost my car key after 1 week when I was left my car with the meet& greet valet service.
They was kept me in the airport after a long flight about 5 hours and half to sort out the issue with 2 kids after me.
They was even told will pay for taxi to send my family at home till myself I sort out the second key.
Since then 25 February nothing happened to be sorted.
They was very rude to me all times when I was tried to sort out the things like was my fault because they lost my car keys!!!
This is unnaceptable to deal in this way with the customers and their belongings!!!
I will never recommend them to nobody.
Is better to live your car in other place, take the bus for 15 min to the terminal and take your car keys with you!!!
After that very bad experience I was did it in this way and was awsome.
Never use them!!!

Heathrow T5. This is not a meet and greet company. This is an arrive at the car park, make several phone calls and wait 40 minutes for a random unidentified individual who grunts at you while telling you to go and pay the car parking ticket fee. All this after giving them a call 30 mins before arrival as instructed. Very disappointed by the service I received. The pick up was smoother to be fair but again a 30 minute wait and yet another car park ticket to pay before the keys were handed over. Will not be using them again. Lots of other companies based in the same location with representatives there and willing to help but I guess you get what you pay for. This company is cheap but be aware, the service is very poor and be prepared to wait around.

Used these at Bristol Airport, when we phone for car the asian guy shouted we were 3 hours late, no we was not, he put phone down on us, when we rang back he asked how many people were there and how much luggage,i think they were using my car as a taxi, had a 5 yr old with heavy nose bleed, it took them over an hour and the guy just pulled up got out car walked off and said your keys are in the car, never in this world is there such a low life digusting foul mouth lying company like this, if i could give them a -minus star rating it would be -5, never ever use these, they are low life and care nothing for you or your vehicle,, STAY CLEAR,,,,

I was so disappointed by the service I received. We left our car for the weekend at London Heathrow airport with Easy Airport Parking signed up for the meet and greet. Thinking it would be a nicer experience than parking and leaving it all weekend in a car park nearby. I phoned when I was 30 mins away as directed for a random guy to turn up after 50 mins, I then had to pay the parking cost in the time I waited which is £7+. Then the greet was phone wait 55 mins and pay another £7+ for them to drive it to the same place you left it. Nobody checked I was who I said I was when my car turned up either which seemed odd baring in mine the cars pretty expensive. Not friendly or helpful in the slightest and car looks filthy like it's been sat in a field. Will not be using them again. Lots of other companies based in the same location but with representatives there and willing to help.

Very good service. good price. I parked my car with them for a month with them. they took us to airport on time and when we came back they took us back on time. I was very happy with them that why gave them five star

The advertising for this carpark is very deceiving. Upon arrival I found the staff very unfriendly. This carpark is in a very dimly lit old churchyard and due to limited space they park the cars up onto the curbs and literally crammed in next to each other. When I collected my car I could barely even open my driver door. The van they use to take you to the airport stinks and is filthy. The £12 additional cost for drop off and collection is also not mentioned when booking. Will never use again.

BUYER BEWARE! This company takes your money, even though they may not have the parking that you are purchasing. The phone number called told me 'you should've received an email', and mail to the company remains unanswered.
I was forced to pay more than double for 'walk up' parking. Never again!
