Hi. Very good service

I bought a cloakroom unit which was too big even though dimensions had been provided. Couldn't take back as it had been opened and they wouldn't be able to sell it. Why couldn't it go in a showroom? You also can't return unopened boxes of tiles or just buy singular tiles, need to buy a full box which isn't cheap. So be careful as you might fall into this trap. Customer Services don't even bother to respond to email.

Great showroom at Wrexham with 2 floors, giving plenty of choice for you to explore. Emily was really helpful and talked us through all the different options.

Company seemed genuinely interested in my order. They contacted me after I had an initial quote, which I didn’t go further with as I had measured the shower cubicle untiled. I explained why I had to wait to resubmit the measurements, and was not subsequently hassled.
There was lots of communication from the company about delivery and fitting. The company which delivered the door was very professional.

Nice show room but no advice given on the weight of the tiles or what is suitable for what you are tiling. I bought tiles nearly £1000 and they do not accept any returns I did not realise that the tiles are far too heavy for my bathroom walls I have no choice to put them on and hope for the best. Delivery cost £85 even though I spent so much and they arrived on the same delivery as my floor tiles from another shop which was free delivery. Would not shop there again

I first went into your lakeside branch twice over a period of around 2 years and on the first occasion was told I had no appointment so they could not help me, and the second time we visited we approached someone asking for help and eventually we sat down with a salesman, who was clearly not interested at all. He actually searched up wicks on the computer telling us they would be more suited to our needs.
We then went to Rayleigh as we was told there was more choice of bathroom shops on that retail park and unknowingly went into your branch where we was lucky to seek advice from your salesman Phil who to be honest could not do enough to help us even though we had no appointment, from then on we can not fault our experience. I would recommend easy bathrooms to anyone but definitely not your lakeside branch.

I use this company a lot and never have issues, if ever there is a problem the staff bend over backwards to sort it. I couldn’t recommend enough

Not good really a bracket has broken on my shower door probably less then 3 years old so I sent photos over all well and ordered the part firstly told me there would be a charge for the part so I paid the charge told me the part was in stock then received email to pick it up a week later from one of there stores which was miles away from us we got there and no part delivered then I received a message to say they had to order the part as it wasn’t in stock so that went on for a few weeks then got another message to say another store had it went to pick it up but they had not received it either I had to wait another week before it was eventually delivered to the right store 🙄 so no not good customer communication .

Everything that was supplied was of good quality and good condition.
It looks beautiful and we are both very happy with it it.

We found our experience with Dawn and Holly choosing for 3 bathrooms easy and helpful throughout. It was made simpler with their professionalism and experience to guide us through the process . Do not believe the in-store promises. We ordered on 27th Jan 26 with an explicit guarantee of a pre-Easter install. Instead, fitting didn't start until 26th May, followed by shocking workmanship and terrible customer service.

The Nightmare:

Lazy workmanship: Fitters claimed we needed a 3.5cm step up into the bathroom. Only after I pushed back did they bother removing the old adhesive—the floor is now level.

Fitting errors: Wrong tile finishers used, sink mounted off-center, shower riser stuck in a corner, and bathroom ceiling damaged.

Property damage: Left dirty marks across our bedroom walls, stairs, and doors, forcing me to repaint them myself.

Refund delays: Took nearly a month of chasing to get a refund for unused returned items.

Unresolved Snags Since 1st July:

We are still left with an active sink leak, a dripping tap, buzzing shaver sockets, and restricted shower settings. Easy Bathrooms offered a Saturday fix, but when asked for a weekday, they claimed the fitter is "too busy."

Easy Bathrooms:

My contract is with you, not your subcontractor. Find a fitter who can fix leaking plumbing on a weekday. Avoid their installation service at all costs.
