Easy Bathrooms - Brackley Avis 9

Completely miss sold to me -Brackley store

Ordered a bathroom end of February, confirmed in writting my store 10day delivery. I now have a mid-may delivery date but not before having to spend hours on the phone with the store (manager never seems to be in or available to take my call) and also central customer service who promise a fast response time and follow up but never do. Ive had to chase every step of the way and feel i was completely mis sold this bathroom leaving my elderly mother without a bathroom for months. Its just completely unacceptable and very dubious selling tactics.

I cant comment on the bathroom nor products yet as I have had them despite paying thousands of pounds.

Mis practice at best. Could be seen as fraudlent by some. Never again

Terrible service from day one .

Original order delivered 29th Nov ( just before Christmas ) we explained we needed the shower tray and towel rail only so ordered that first before the rest of the order
. My husband hoped to fit before Xmas but of course time ran away with us.
When Opening the packaging for shower tray to find 3 cracks . Contacted easy bathrooms to be told it was out of the 30 day money back . Even though we literally had just placed the rest of the order for nearly £5000 .
With the first order the waste pipe didn’t arrive . ( first mess up )
Then the second delivery took place .
I was charged £90 for a 2 man delivery . 1 man turned up and said it’s on a pallet they just leave it for us to then place where we want , so at the front of the house etc . He refused to take it into a ground floor room ( which is what was included with the £90) 2nd error .

We decided that due to the way customer services have dealt with us we then cancelled the whole order nearly £5000.

Customer services offered us the shower tray with 70% off .. £103 Really for an order that big you couldn’t take a view on this ? I kept asking to speak to a manager or director as I knew after reviewing the size of the order etc they could at least just send another shower tray and that customer services were bust not thinking outside the box .
I have sent numerous emails and received no proper communication from my emails .

Today , the 2 pallets were due to be collected ! Guess what ? They came ( no phone call before ) and then said we can’t take them as they are on pallets !

Unbelievable.. what a shambles of a company and I would stay well clear . We have had amazing service from Hayley at Wix Banbury .

Much better products / customer service .

Will never order anything from this shambles of a company again and I would stay well clear as they are money grabbers . Even their own staff member Anthony wrote in an email how flabbergasted he is with how we have been treated .

We are now a shower tray and £75 they are trying to charge us so that’s £300 out of pocket . Small claims here we come .

Fixtures and fittings are great but the service is not.

Firstly, when purchasing the Cromwell vanity unit online, it does not come with an upstand. I had to email customer services to get this item sent separately which took 4(!) deliveries to arrive in one piece, delaying our installation and adding to our installation costs.

Secondly, in store we were assured that a particular bath screen pivots in a certain way and there are pictures online that backs this notion up. With the confidence from the team in store, we ordered the same product online but it did not pivot in the manner that was discussed. After agreeing to refund the item, I'm now expected to pay a £65 return fee which was not discussed or mentioned at all, despite the item being mis-sold.

Overall, this business has great products but not so great service which as ruined the entire customer experience.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Lee at Easy Bathrooms Brackley. Lee was very knowledgable on the products and provided great guidance, support and patience as we designed (and redesigned) our bathroom makeover. Anthony was also amazing with advice and input when we needed an extra sounding board. I would highly recommend the store, brand and Lee and Anthony at the Brackley showroom.

Excellent service from the Brackley branch really insightful design ideas, helpful efficient team everything delivered as per the plan and on time

Delivered faulty goods and seemed unable to organise the replacement. My job was delayed over a week and customer care were not interested. The staff at the local depot were polite and professional but when my issues became even embarrassing to them they were unable to effect a speedy resolution!

I was very impressed with Easy Bathrooms from the first day I walked into the showroom in Brackley. Lee is an amazing young man - nothing was too much trouble. I looked around the showroom ( no pressure) and after a good search sat down with Lee. He gave me a brochure talked me through a few options and I left to study the brochure and made an appointment for Lee to visit my home to take measurements.
A few days later I made an appointment and sat down with Lee who made out a plan with the options chosen.
I committed to having the full fitting service.
My daughter came up from London and between us we made lots of changes and Lee cheerfully altered all his diagram.
The young man who rang about the delivery was very personable and arranged for the items to be taken upstairs. The delivery men were very friendly.
The job has now been finished and Steve the fitter has made an excellent job.
