Easy to use company
Buying the product was easy. The young lady assistant was very helpful. The delivery driver was really friendly and helpful. We had a damaged cupboard which was replaced in two days . So no worries or arguments about it.

The products are high quality, they are punctual with delivery, and they have excellent customer service. Stephan from the Bridgwater store is always amazing!

Shocking customer service Bridgwater
Attended the store in Bridgwater yesterday and the customer service was shocking.
I was in store for almost an hour and not once did a member of staff approach to see if I needed anything.
When I went to discuss placing an order the member of staff had no idea about the products, I knew more from the hour I spent in store.
The more senior member of staff sat at his desk on his own, shouted over a few times but could have supported her more.
Nobody else was in store the whole time so no excuse they were busy helping others.
Lovely products but severely let down by customer service.

Great staff, terrible delivery
The branch and the staff are good but the delivery is awful, long waits making it hard to recommend to customers as there is a good chance it wont come in time

What a pleasant experience - a wonderfully large selection of bathrooms of numerous styles presented with great detailing. The sales staff were brilliantly knowledgeable about the various products and concerned to ensure that any choices were appropriate to the purchasers requirements.

The people I dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were happy to help with any queries I had. As well as a new bathroom I also purchased tiles, and given advice regarding the bitumen that I have on the floors currently - and the problem it poses for tile adhesive.
All in all I have had a very positive experience in the Bridgwater branch.
