Easy Bathrooms - Cardiff Avis 40

Not really given any advice on design. Not clear on what was included or excluded. Didn’t feel like customer was first. Installation cost was extortionate and assumed work needed.

Corey the plumber was 1st class. His work ethic was great and his timekeeping was also great, which is reflected in the finished bathroom which is 1st class.

When I went to the shop think his name was Adam he was very helpful but not pushy.then the delivery man was absolutely fantastic couldn’t be nicer if he tried.🥰

The sales people were very helpful. My enquire was measured and then a diagram was printed where everything was placed to my satisfaction.

Designer was excellent in Cardiff store
Fitting, although very expensive, was also excellent. seb and his team were very professional and efficient.

Bought a bath panel that had to be ordered, we give what we required including it would need to be able to click under the bath.
We was told the one we ordered would be good for this, and anyway could return it if not.
When it come to pick up we had an email to say it was actually custom cut and was not returnable, and when we seen it did not have a much of a flat part to clip under the bath.
And now couldn't return it anyway.

We had to cut it quite a bit to make it fit and it's still not 100%, if we was able to after seeing it we would have returned it straight away. But the shop kept to what the email said not returnable, which was different to what we was told when ordering it.
So not happy with customer services or sales.
And would only purchase from here again if it was the the only place that we could find something.

Very helpful staff but a very poor quality cistern unit supplied which I had to throw away after a couple of days.

It was a good experience but there was a slight misunderstanding with a refund on one product.Apart from this I was happy with the service I received.

Very good service from beginning to end. We had a issue with the toilet when our plumber fitted the bathroom, the issue was resolved straight away and a new toilet delivered within 2 days

The showroom experience was very good, we were helped by Dave in the Cardiff office and he designed it all for us perfectly and managed to give us a good discount.
We only purchased the items as the cost quoted for installation was very high, in fact it was double to what we actually paid.
We paid extra for a 2 man delivery and booked the date 2 months in advance, however, 3 days before the delivery date we received a call saying that they couldn't do the 2 man delivery and it would be just dropped at the kerb. I explained this was not acceptable but they basically said that's all they could offer. I had to take leave from work and pay a friend to help me with the delivery.
We paid £100 for the 2 man delivery, we have not received this back despite their promise to do so.

Generally all went to plan with the exception of a few missing doors which due to their delivery schedules arrived a week later. If this didn't occur I would have given 5 star. The staff interactions were excellent.

Adam at the Cardiff showroom was very helpful in helping us choosing the correct shower head.

If you are looking to upgrade your bathroom use some one else. I am still liking my wounds after my experience dealing with E B.

I have bought two bathrooms from the Cardiff branch. Although there were some damage to some if the items, they were replaced immediately. All the staff at the branch were more than helpful in resolving any problems. Especially Julie and David. Thank you both for all your help, it was much appreciated.

Excellent customer service by phone and in store.

Fantastic experience from the minute we walked into the showroom, no hard sell, great advice given, great communications and the fitter was spot on. Couldn't fault anything

We are already paid for showe part and fitted unfortunately it was manufacture fault so we can’t use the shower since 3 weeks , so what review I can give, very bad, only Julie in Cardiff is an approachable staff I would see, no compensation I had
