Very easy to order communication to advise delivery staff who delivered very helpful

Michael from the Glasgow Store looked after us on several visits to the store to sort out bathroom floor and wall tiles and some bathroom equipment. He was superb, giving great advice and taking time to discuss our needs and find us the right products for our house renovation. We were really impressed with the customer experience and wide range of tiles and bathroom displays. All in all an excellent service and expert and friendly staff.

Good customer service...

Ordered a full size 25 x 25 cm tile sample. it arrived pristine and well packaged but the postage was rather steep for a sample. I note that on full orders delivery is £85 with no pick up at store option.

The lady who planned the bathroom ordered all the wrong sizes. Adam has been brilliant trying to sort it out. The bathroom should have taken max 4 days, 3 weeks it still isn't finished due to wrong shower tray, wrong shower screens, this bathroom has cost me a fortune having to pay for other sizes and not been refunded for the stock sent back. You need to do better.

Easy Bathrooms in Chelmsford designed several bathrooms for us. The whole experience was excellent and the finished result was absolutely smashing. Michael designed all the bathrooms for us, in fact we sat with him for two of them and the others he designed and sent over the options to us based on what we wanted. Any returns and damaged items were replaced within two or three days. The after service from both Michael and Gerry was excellent and they responded to email queries within 24 hours, if one of them was on a day off, the other one dealt with any query or issue which meant no delay for me or the builders. A lot of time and effort was saved for us.

Good customer service on the ground supported by the delivery service which was exemplary. Bathroom is not yet installed but quality of the product looks good (sitting in my hallway...). I've since gone back to the showroom to collect other items as I was so impressed with their setup and operation. Thank you!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly when helping us decide what we wanted, if anything was wrong they were happy to sort in the quickest way possible. The only negative was we had our bathroom measured so they can tell us what we need and have ended up with two full boxes of tiles leftover which we can’t return because this was measured by the shop we would have expected to be able to return

The time and trouble your technical team took to find the correct part for my shower was excellent.

🙂✅AN UPDATE✅🙂, following on from my previous review, I wanted to provide an update. Unfortunately, it took sharing my experience publicly before my concerns were escalated. However, once the head of customer services contacted me directly, the situation was handled very differently.

She took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed the tile batch issues and the options available, apologised for the way it had been handled and worked with me to find a solution.

We’ve now agreed an outcome that I’m happy with, and I appreciate the time and effort she took to resolve things professionally. It’s a shame that it had to reach this stage before that level of service was provided, but I think it’s important to acknowledge when a company does make the effort to put things right.

Thank you to the head of customer services for taking ownership and bringing it to a positive conclusion.

Avoid like the plague if you value customer service or if want tiles that faulty! And zero accountability then these are your guys! DISGUSTING PEOPLE DISGUSTING COMPANY

My experience with Easy Bathrooms has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish.

The tiles supplied contained a manufacturing defect. A qualified bathroom fitter identified that the decorative grout lines on multiple tiles from the same batch were not aligned correctly, making installation extremely difficult. The issue was reported immediately, with photographs and supporting evidence provided.

Instead of resolving the problem promptly, I waited over a week for a response and had to chase Customer Services myself. During this time my bathroom installation was delayed and my fitter lost valuable time working around the defective tiles because no timely resolution was provided.

When I requested a goodwill gesture to reflect the inconvenience and additional labour, Easy Bathrooms refused, stating that because the installation had been completed while they were still investigating, they would not offer any reimbursement or compensation.

To make matters worse, when I escalated my complaint, I was simply told they would not discuss the matter because the order had been placed through the account holder, despite the fact I paid for the goods via the payment link they provided.

My issue is not just with the faulty tiles, but with the way the complaint was handled. The lack of communication, delays and refusal to take responsibility have left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Easy Bathrooms. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would like to compliment the staff at Basingstoke easy bathrooms, they have been so patient and kind as I have changed my mind so many times, I feel like we have become friends over the year, as it has taken us that long to do our room! I can't thank them enough, Tammy, Dan are brilliant! And my room is stunning everyone loves the tiles.
