The staff in the Chippenham branch are super helpful & answered all our questions. They have kept in touch via e-mail. Very professional & friendly.

Went into the Chippenham showroom. I have never experienced such helpful lovely members of staff. Jade & Steve, I will certainly be informing people of what wonderful staff works there.

Placed an order with them a few weeks ago and the level of detail and politeness and support from the shop team has been amazing. There have been a couple of issues that nobody for foresee or be blamed for and all of the team have been amazing, they have done everything to resolve the issues really quickly and with great communication. Fantastic Service and the quality of the products have been great as well.

Good stock, helpful friendly staff, quick delivery, competitive prices. What more do you want?

We dealt with Steve in the Chippenham store who was really helpful. I wanted to be able to see what I was buying not just in a catalogue. Steve put together a drawing, and I was also able to look around the store to chose the bath etc. We used an independent bathroom fitter, who was able to contact the store as needed.

Great range of products available.the Chippenham showroom was very well laid out, and we were able to find everything we wanted displayed.
All staff, Sales, Transport and the Driver were all very friendly, professional and efficient.

The expensive bath I bought was flimsy with poor support. The side panel which was supposed to be 18mm but was actually 16mm.

Chippenham may have a small show room but it’s packed full of example bath and shower rooms,very knowledgeable and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.

I purchased two bathrooms over 6 months which I fitted myself, it was only bathroom furniture and fittings, no tiles were needed. The first bathroom was a seperate basin and wc set on a cabinet, these arrived fully assembled ready to fit onto the wall but I found all the fixings on the furniture needed tightening up as they were loose causing the cabinets to move. I also found that the provided hinges for the toilet seat were too small to cover the wc holes, this was only found after fitting the wc which then needed to be removed again. Customer service did eventually send me replacement items but took a while for them to investigate which apparently was incorrect for all WCs in stock.
The second bathroom was fitted furniture and needed assembling before they could be fitted. I found lots of damage on many different panels, some i could hide but others needed changing and the replacement panels sent out also had damage which was very frustrating. I also found the wc cabinet needed heavy modification to a support to allow the wc waste pipe to pass through. Considering I was using a wc from them and the fitted furniture still needed modification to even fit was very poor. The doors used also had mulitple cut outs for hinges leaving exposed wood to water and mositure, no covers were supplied and had to be followed up with customer services. Overall the fitted furniture i found poor in design and quality and would not recomend using it.
The team at the store were good during the purchase but did not support any problems I had, it was sent to a seperate customer service team which ended up me having multiple conversation trying to get items resolved. I also didn't really think my concerns were listened too, especially the quality issues I had with fitted furniture. The blame probably sits with the supplier cubico and their QA but again I don't think Easy Bathroom really cared.
Overall both bathrooms are fitted and happy with final outcome but for the cost I recommend staying away from fitted furniture but wasn't happy with all the follow ups I had with customer service
