Quality products and helpful staffems from Easy
I purchased several items from Easy Bathrooms via their online store, using a mix of home delivery and in-store collection. Overall, I was very happy with both the quality of the products and the service provided.
The in-store staff were helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, which made the collection process smooth. One item, a shower mixer valve, was unfortunately faulty and slightly bent. I noticed this in the car park, returned to the store immediately, and showed the issue to the team.
They reordered a replacement straight away, with no fuss, and it was delivered within three days. The issue was handled quickly and professionally, which was great.
Products and customer service were excellent.

Staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. The process was easy. We had an issue with wrong tiles being delivered but was quickly resolved & we received the correct ones in a few days. All in all a very easy & pleasant experience. Many thanks

Great experience and products
We used Easy Bathrooms for a large proportion of items for our bathroom renovation. This included sanitary ware and tiles. We are really pleased with the products and would definitely use Easy Bathrooms again! Good quality, easy to purchase and really impressed with the customer service in the Derby store.

Very disappointing customer service
UPDATE* The customer service team read this review and arranged for us to collect a refund from our local branch. Thank you
Bought a bathroom sink unit for which we had to buy the handle separately; however, we didn't need the handle, so we took it back to them for a refund. The lady kept the handle and said that the Head office would contact us and action the refund. It's been a month and no refund, she didn't give a kind receipt that we had returned stating that we would receive an email, and we believed her and now have no proof that we took it back.

Went into the Derby store in the hope of getting a bathroom refit cost. As a family we have never done this before and didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we were seen by Gary and he couldn’t done enough. It all went very smoothly and he even helped with the design
