Not trustworthy!
Ordered tiles via their website, only to be informed days later via email that they don’t actually have these tiles available anymore, yet still advertised them and were purchasable on the website. Rather than issuing a refund immediately, they held onto our money for additional days, trying to convince us to order different ones from them, despite being asked to issue the refund. I suppose they think that hundreds of pounds are better in their account than mine!? Was considering using this company for a bathroom re-fit, but wouldn’t trust them at all now.

Supplied all furniture/tiles for complete refit
Pre-sales service for full bathroom refit was good. Materials delivered promptly but unfortunately vanity unit damaged. Replaced without issue. But disappointed they wouldn't take back and refund unused tiles. Impossible to estimate precisely and you have to allow for some waste. This has left me out of pocket. Other suppliers will let you return unused/unopened boxes.

The gentleman was really helpful, friendly and made us feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and took the time to help us make sure we made the decision that we were happy with.

Kirsty the store manager made sure my elderly parents purchased everything they needed for their walk in shower installation, and took the time to make sure it was all explained . Dereham Showroom - Excellent Staff
I looked around both Norwich and Dereham Showrooms and visited a few times before making a decision to buy from Easy Bathrooms. The Dereham showroom staff were always so very helpful and made the purchase so much easier and well informed. Kirsty spend time with me going through the many possibilities and was always quick to respond when it came to my requests for information. I felt confident in my final decisions even though I changed my mind a few times it was never a problem. Thank you for making a difference.

Very helpful staff and showroom was…
Very helpful staff and showroom was well laid out and clean and tidy.
Only went in for a shower system but would not hesitate to go back again.
Many thanks to the great sale staff that helped my disabled mother in law.
