Easy Bathrooms - Doncaster Avis 23

We visited the Doncaster showroom over Easter and were assisted by Lyndon, who answered all of our questions thoroughly and offered excellent advice on the products best suited to our needs. He guided us through the decision-making process, ensuring we considered all the relevant factors before making our choice.
After placing our order, we took on board some of his recommendations and, as the project progressed, made a minor adjustment to the order which Lyndon sorted for us. Its been a great experience, thoroughly recommended.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a vast choice of bathrooms and the cost was not too expensive. A good experience in a lovely showroom.

Good range of products, easy to order, contacted when arrived and easy to collect. Products were in good condition and easy to use.

Local branch which I always lean towards using, easy to find.
Staff in branch very welcoming and helpful, directed me to the area and display that I was interested in.
Quick efficient service ordered lights they were there in 2 days for pickup
Product was great installed and I am satisfied with the whole process
Will definitely be back as we are replacing hardware in bathroom and kitchen in the new year

Just completed a total upgrade of a shower room and additional new fixtures in a bathroom via purchases from easy bathrooms at Wheatley.
Now that all installations are complete, I can say that the service from easy bathrooms was outstanding. The service from ANDREW at Wheatley was fantastic when we were making our selections – throughout our three visits he was courteous in extreme and always incredibly knowledgeable on the products available. Business like and thorough!
Any problems (1) or product needs, that arose, were quickly resolved by customer services in Leeds (particularly Alicia and Emma). When I had to quickly access these items, the Wakefield collection Centre was equally efficient and helpful.
I have used easy bathrooms in the past – as well as on this project and I cannot fault them in terms of their service.
Some of their pricing practices – can cause confusion between offers whether or not VAT is included etc. However, though they might not be the cheapest, the products I generally of good quality.

From our first visit to the Doncaster showroom we have been impressed with the excellent service and advice we have received.
Our fitter, Tom, was a perfectionist!!! It was a privilege and a pleasure to see the hard work he put in to make our bathroom absolutely wonderful.
We have already ordered a new ensuite with them and have requested Tom to do the fitting.
Great company- highly recommend.

Fabulous choice of products, really knowledgeable staff,and fast and easy ordering and delivery

First class service and first class bathroom equipment

Very unhappy. Ordered tiles and paid in full. Was told to order another tile to ensure we could get hold of more tiles to complete the other half of our project. Was then contacted and told that the tiles were now discontinued. Thank god we hadn't started the job otherwise we'd have only been able to do half of it.
Showroom hadn't even calculated the wastage needed so we hadn't ordered enough in the first place.
Not very apologetic considering our predicament and will not return or recommend the Doncaster branch.

A great experience in store helped by Lyndon. He was knowledgeable, approachable and made the experience easy and fun.

Never seen as many bathrooms in a showroom. Also shower kits , accessories, tiles and adhesives. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and when something was ordered the whole process was easy and delivered on the day as agreed.My gripe is the pricing it was hard to follow as a very high price was shown in a bathroom display then depending on what day of the month it was a further complex discounting structure was employed.

Lyndon at the Doncaster depot has been excellent from the start of our renovation project. He was very friendly and polite from the moment we walked into the shop to any calls or emails we made to him. he listened to our needs and expectations of what we wanted from our bathrooms and had extensive knowledge of the fixtures and fittings which made the whole process very easy and reassuring. Highly recommend easy bathrooms, especially Lyndon
