Easy Bathrooms - Newbury Avis 17

Had an excellent level of service from Simon at the Newbury branch. He listened well to our needs and requirements and made suggestions around those, including options we hadn't thought of/didn't know existed. He was clearly very knowledgeable about his products and didn't try to oversell us services and fixtures etc. We went away with a quote and a brochure and when we returned to place the order, Simon was happy to amend items based on our choices, again making recommendations and checking we were happy with our options.

When planning delivery, Simon checked stock levels of every item to make sure they would be available for our short time frame and when delivery slots were not available to meet our needs, Simon managed a solution for this for us. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the best service possible.

We were very impressed with the levels of service and quality of products from Simon and the Newbury branch and would not hesitate to encourage others to use them for their next bathroom project. Thank you.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, she answered any questions we had, she defiantly knew her stuff.

The staff are all really helpful and knowledgeable. The range of choice is exceptional. Would recommend to anyone looking for bathroom furniture. It is not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! My partner and I went into the EASY bathroom branch in Newbury and had a look around.  We were looking for a BLACK shower enclosure that had a wide sliding door with low threshold.  After we had a look around, we found what we were looking for and the shower itself was on sale with a info plaque next to it.  We went and asked for assistance just to double check measurements and other details.  Following seeing it we took a catalogue and the staff turned the page over to the exact product and we said we would be back.  We went back a few weeks later with a family member to show them as they were also helping us.  About 2 weeks later that family member went back in to check more details due to this going into a house renovation.  A week after that we went back into to order.  Every time we went in, we showed them the shower and specified black.  

We had also told them that we would need to know roughly a delivery date due to no one being at the site.  We were not told we just got an email saying it couldn't be delivered despite we needed warning.  Eventually a new delivery date was given where we took delivery of the shower..........

In the terns it says they WILL not take a return if the delivery is delivered and then opened.......The delivery guys brought it in and AS we thought NOTHING would be wrong as no damage to the box it would be ok and our BLACK shower would be fine..................

A few days later when a small bit of the box was opened it showed the screen was CLEARLY NOT BLACK.   So as we had made a big thing of it being Black in the Newbury branch contacted them to be told as it had been signed for they WERE NOT responsible!!!!  The First order form did not state a colour we were told that the code related to that colour.  So after a lot of unnecessary calls and visits to the branch they then said they would contact their customer service centre to try and get sorted but kept stressing as it was signed for they may not be able to change

After a few weeks of us having to chase it was agreed that it would be picked up and a correct replacement would arrive...........Once again we told them we needed prior warning due to not being at the house, but an hour would be fine.... Days went by then ONCE again a emails advising we had missed the driver to pick up, like a Easy bathrooms complete circus with NO Organisation or communication.  Eventually again after 20 emails advising pickup had been missed, we agreed a time...........The driver arrived from a different company and said oh no sorry we are not authorised to pick up something with that weight !!!!  This happened a few times before they got it right however the driver saw it had been retaped and wasn't going to take but did in the end.

Eventually after the same as before failed delivery like the first time got what we hoped would be the correct one.........

So eventually opened and it was Gun metal Black which is more Grey then black however we have kept it as really cant be bothered with the hassle.
 
We have worked out what went wrong as the shop were not any help.  The first frame Was Chrome we received was Classic chrome, we kept the one that was Gun metal Grey but assuming from looking at the plaque in store its the Neo Slate Grey Effect.  THE SHOWER SURROUND WE WANTED AND SHOWED ALL THE STAFF WAS BLACK.  We took pictures of it as well as the plaque.

All I can say is what a shambles of a company from the Newbury Branch to the Customer service to the delivery - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Newbury showroom team was amazing in the design and also the support during many phases of our project.

I called in on the off chance that you had a sink unit to fit my requirements. You did and it was exactly what i was looking for. The assistant was very attentive to my needs and provided me with a quotation there and then. I discussed with my client the options and we settled on Easy Bathrooms as the price was good and stock available with in a couple of days. Very happy customer. Will defiantly recommend them.

Lady that was in the shop was very helpful. Delivery was when we wanted it.

Huge shout out to the staff at Easy Bathrooms in Newbury. I needed to fit out a completely new bathroom in my home, and really didn't know where to begin. Adam was really helpful in working from the plans to design a bathroom which would work for us.
I felt very comfortable spending several hours visiting the showroom and pondering different styles, and every time I changed my mind about something it was never a problem to update the design!
The bathroom is now nearly complete and it looks fabulous.

Excellent service from Simon and his team at Newbury store. Simon was very efficient, helpful and friendly. The bathroom fitters did a quality job, always on time and respectful of our property. We do have an issue with a chipped mirrored cabinet which we are hoping will be resolved quickly by the installation team.
