Easy Bathrooms - Norwich Avis 20

Bought a bathroom suite several years ago which has been great. Needed new push/push plugs and staff sorted out parts and ordered. All delivered in a week. Super service and unexpected part availability too.

I have just had a new Easy Bathrooms vanity unit fitted. It is beautiful. No delivery charge. Arrived on time and the men put it inside for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jake at the Norwich branch was the epitome of good ‘old fashioned’ customer service that is so sadly lacking nowadays! He was friendly, very helpful and his product knowledge and advice made the daunting task of making our minds up much easier than we anticipated. We received the images of our decisions very promptly, and when we requested minor changes the results were dealt with just as efficiently. Re-doing an outdated bathroom is exciting but also a nightmare when you don't know where to start! Jake at Easy Bathrooms in Norwich was an amazing help. I gave him some basic measurements and a few photographs, and during our meeting, he came up with some great ideas that completely transformed the space. He listened to everything I said about the style I had in mind, and because he knew his way around the stock and catalogues so well, he was able to come up with some great suggestions. It was a thoroughly positive experience. Jake also followed up with quick call to answer a few of my questions about delivery times etc, again all of which was very positive. I'm looking forward to ordering from Easy Bathrooms and feel much more confident about my new bathroom!

Wonderful representative in Hayli, at the Norwich branch of Easy Bathrooms. She made the whole process of buying a new bathroom painless, a pleasure and was very patient. Hayli was very helpful, very knowledgeable about all the products and no question was a daft one. All the other representatives were also helpful and nice.
The quality of the products is great, (I researched several suppliers) prices competitive, I would recommend this company and this branch 100%
A couple of tips, the carcasses are all the same colour, clay, so don't panic if you think you have received the wrong colour. Plus very importantly discuss the delivery of your items with the sales representative before arranging a delivery date. The default policy is for 'kerbside' and this could cause difficulties depending on the layout of your property.

We arranged a fitter who recommended we sourced goods from Easy Bathrooms. We chose and paid him for the goods from Easy Bathrooms, but we then never heard from him again. We contacted Easy Bathrooms to see if they had our money, but hid behind Data Protection laws.
So don't use them

Recommended. Was a bit cautious about ordering as it's a lot of money and there were some mixed reviews, but very happy we did order. The products were delivered on time, in good condition, delivery drivers were friendly and professional, and the quality of the products 6 months later is really good. Would happily order from Easy Bathrooms again.

Only note is to check your order details - we got a quote in store and not all the items listed were the ones we wanted, probably just human error and easily rectified when we placed the order online, but worth making sure you double check. But minor enough that I still think they are worthy of the 5* score.

The order for my complete new bathroom was due to be delivered on the 9th December. My plumber/bathroom fitter commenced work removing the old suite and tiles on the 8th. When the delivery arrived on the 9th it was the wrong bath, the bath mixer tap was missing, a door was damaged, the worktop was damaged, a door was missing, a handle was missing......the list goes on. Trying to sort out these issues has been an absolute nightmare - not only having to deal with the total ineptitude of wrong replacement items being sent, it has been excuse after excuse. The worktop was finally delivered two days ago, the bath mixer taps only arrived yesterday (18th) it's now the 19th and the wrong door was delivered today!! I am so angry. This company has failed in every conceivable way to provide the service or goods that they have been paid for and contracted to provide. Excuses are tools of incompetence. I would in no way recommend this company!

Went in for advice, came away with a solution...Job Done!

NORWICH STORE. I started researching my bathroom project way back in march time - requested an appointment to go into the store an discuss what I wanted. Jake helped us in choosing the products and knew the plumber i had been recommended to use. I love the products i bought from Easy - yes they are expensive but so worth it! you don't renovate very often so why not do it in style and have what you really want .Everything fit there was no damage or flaws to the products and there was only 2 tiles left over, so worked out perfectly .
Only one fly in the ointment and that was the hideous delivery driver ! I was not aware that he would not bring the delivery indoors but instead just dump it on the driveway - not caring if you are able bodied or not! shouted ** its not my fault!!** on my driveway and stormed off.

I went to the Norwich show room to order a Burlington toilet and sink was told no you can’t order here you need to order online which I then did . When toilet came I went to collect no issues . When unpacking the cistern lid was smashed and the incorrect cistern was picked . When I rang up I was told more or less you ordered online which there isn’t a lot we can do . But I was told to order on line so was a bit confused. Knowing it was my only toilet I was left over a week for them to get me a replacement . Don’t think easy bathroom have any customer service . Was offered nothing for the inconvenience caused or any apology I just know I will be going else where for any other bathrooms I will need in my new hse .

I was able to see the product in my local showroom which suited my needs and order it online once I had checked out it would fit in my en-suite.
The items arrived securely packaged and I am pleased with the sturdy construction. The unit came assembled except for the handles so you can place them where you prefer or change to something different. I am pleased with the finish but to improve the appearance the doors could be slightly bigger so they meet closer to the top, bottom and together as there is a 3mm gap allowance.

Our advisor Jake in the Norwich store was amazing. We had a bathroom DIY Project in Essex and Jake helped us to make it happen, from design to installation. It took us over a year from order to fitting but nothing was too much trouble for this company, from storage to delivery. When we were installing we visited a store in Essex who were equally as helpful and allowed us to talk to their own fitter, even though we were fitting ourselves. When we encountered problems, Jake fixed them.

Absolutely disgusting customer service both in store and over the phone. Not one person willing to help or provide any solutions. The online website suggests they have all tiles in stock. When ordering. They take you money then email you to tell you the tiles arnt in stock and they will be delivered in 2 months time. Just as that time comes up for delivery they email again to give a further delay on the tiles. We have waited for 5 months for tiles and yet again the have been delayed another two more months with no guarantee they will arrive then. Absolutely unacceptable.
This company takes your money with false promises and false advertisement of what they can actually offer.
Tiles have come smashed and broken. This company is a joke. Never ever give them your money or custom they don't deserve any of it because not one person has been able to provide an alternative or solution to the next 2 months delay to our order but still have our money and cannot provide us with the two tiles we need to finish our job with no option to buy showroom tiles 'as they don't do this' or any tiles over their other shops. They decided to send 'alternative look a likes' which don't match at all. To which they then told they actually don't have any of the. In stock either. I couldn't be any more angry or frustrated at this awful company and customer service. I absolutely stumped on what I can do next.

You provided an email address which I have tried to write a full email to but it's an address that does not work and so I can't send the email as it comes back saying failure to send

All staff were extremely helpful and answered all questions and did their best to help us make a good choices. We also visited your Thetford branch and all staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful and helped us decide on a delightful bathroom. Thanks to both branches.
