Easy Bathrooms - Solihull Avis 22

All deliveries have either been wrong or damaged in some way. The store have gone a long way to rectify this but its taken 4 weeks to deliver shower boarding. Had the warehouse staff and delivery team checked the products (see if they're correct, and they're not damaged) then I'd give 5 stars. I would have awarded one star if the store hadn't have come to an arrangement.

We were mislead about the delivery of our order. We were told it was confirmed in the shop and weren't told to expect and other confirmation. So were surprised when on what we though was the delivery date, to get an email asking when we wanted our order delivered.
Their mistake caused us delays which they blames us for even though they hadn't sent through their T&C.
Will not return to this company.

Terrible customer service. I spent over £5000 with this retailer, including the radiator and valves to go with it. The valves were a totally different colour to the radiator. The radiator was a copper type of colour and the valves a more brown type of brass colour but I didn't check the valves as I assumed they would match as I brought both from them. When my bathroom fitter opened the item the colour difference was too obvious so I tried to return the valves (unused still wrapped in original packaging) 3 months after I purchased them. The store took pictures and said it would pass it onto customer service who would contact me. They did and I was told no refund or exchange. Out of principle I wouldn't use this retailer again. For the sake of £30 they have lost thousands in business as I'm now doing up my other bathroom. Don't be naive like me and assume that just because the retailer is selling you the items that they will match. I had a similar issue with modern living direct and they exchanged the items for me with no hassle. You only really know a company when you have an issue and this company failed me.

From my initial contact with Easy Bathrooms ( solihull branch) everything has been dealt with professionally and friendly. I have added several other items since my first order,all queries and questions were answered fully and concisely. I have to give a big shout out to "Clare", for all the help and advice she gave me.

Was easy to be able to choose everything I needed for my bathroom refurbishment under 1 roof. Showroom staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to replace 1 faulty item and accept a return of 1 item that was surplus to requirements. Good quality fixtures and fittings.

Our experience was excellent and having Vijay as our point person has been amazing with flexibility and advice through the whole process. From the initial design and choice of materials to options for fitters to care during the installation process and following completion. We would highly recommend Easy Bathrooms Solihull and their team of staff.

We visited the showroom and were greeted by very friendly staff who were chatty, very knowledgeable with nothing being too much trouble.

After looking around the fabulous showroom we sat with Amaar one of the sales reps, who then designed the bathroom to our specifications. This was a quick process which showed how the finished products would look. It was simple but brilliant.

We promptly ordered what we wanted and were pleased with such a reasonable price for goods. All items arrived as described and in perfect timing in line with the bathroom fitters starting date.

The bathroom was installed by KLS Installations who were brilliant, the work was finished in the time stipulated and the finish by Kieran and Lee was second to none, absolutely perfect, just as the design showed, and better than we expected.

Well done Easy bathrooms for an excellent all round service. We couldn’t fault any part of the experience it was perfect in every way. We will be recommending you to all friends and family.

The service is awful, I have ordered twice for collection they missed the both times

From start to finish, Easy Bathrooms were fantastic to deal with and turned our tired old bathroom into something truly extraordinary. The design team listened carefully to what we wanted and produced a layout and 3D design that matched the finished room perfectly, including the modern bath, clever storage and beautiful lighting.
Communication was excellent throughout, and the team were always supportive and professional, making the whole process much less stressful than expected. Everything arrived on time, the quality of the products is excellent, and the end result looks like a high‑end showroom.
KJL Installations did the on‑site magic. Kieran and Lee were a delight to work with – punctual, tidy, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Their attention to detail on the tiling, lighting and fixtures has completely transformed the space, and the workmanship is outstanding.
Overall, extremely happy with both Easy Bathrooms and KJL Installations, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.

Very pleased with this service , I had other companies come in to survey and quote , most cheaper but in my view not instilling confidence about the outcome
Richard and his team did a lovely job, cleaned up well on completion and were always helpful and pleasant to have around
There were a few hiccups on delivery but easily ironed out with the advantage of the installers checking delivery very carefully
I would certainly use this service again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking to replace a bathroom

Quick efficient service with good knowledge of product

Just dealt with the branch in Solihull. The employees, in particular Vijay, are excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, without the off putting, salesy, pushiness. Bought a Zoe sink for my new bathroom and the first had to be returned (not their fault, it was a manufacturing error) and they couldn’t have been more understanding. Great service.

The showroom is set out in bays with each different suite of bathroom fittings, this gives you inspiration for your own bathroom. Thank You

Helpful staff and great quality products.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but didn’t check all of our measurement requirements which meant we ended up with an incorrect size unit which couldn’t be fitted and then they refused to take it as a return.

That’s a loss of £750 to us.
