Easy Bathrooms - Wokingham Avis 8

Dropped by the Wokingham showroom this morning (Fishponds Road) to scope out a replacement bathroom.
Spoke to Chris and he was so helpful it was a very pleasant surprise. Despite everything, these folks have maintained a high level of customer satisfaction. Thanks

We have just fitted the bathroom. We used our own fitting team. But was very impressed with the service we received. Jack in Wokingham branch was great. He was so helpful whilst we changed things around in the design stages. Between him and my wife came up with a great looking bathroom. We booked a 2 person delivery due to our location but only one person turned up, but the driver was helpful and Jack organised our refund. Also he refunded the couple of bits we didn’t use on the fit, straight away. Great service and thank you Jack for all you hard work 😓. We will be back for the en-suite in a few years.

This review comes some 4 weeks after installation and we're pleased to say that everything is working as good as it looks. We took our time choosing what we wanted and Jack at the Wokingham Branch was great when we wanted to change some minor things. The Installation was managed by Emi and his team and the trades dovetailed well. Emi kept us informed of what was happening and who was turning up next to do the next stage. There were a couple of issues that came to light when removing the old bathroom but Emi soon had them sorted. The whole job took 10 working days, which we were told it would be. A week after installation, Emi gave us a courtesy visit to check that all was ok. Overall we're very happy.

Spent hours in the showroom on 2 occasions. As I was not 100% of my own measurements the designer came to the house to check.

I had the bathroom delivered the week before the job started to avoid any delays.

When the wrong toilet arrived "sorry" was expected to be enough. They said it was up to me to have known it was the wrong one.

When they ordered too many floor tiles seems it was my fault as I should have checked.

When I had to have a false wall built for the shower controls it was my fault as I should have known it was needed.

I changed my mind about the shower screen before the ordered was placed and again it was my fault. Even though I had a long conversation about the change, the designer says I was wrong (lying). No poles to hold the shower screen up, I was told I didnt need them, seems I did. They told me I should be happy as I had free delivery.

With the delay of the screen and the toilet I had plumbers hanging around for 2 days and again this was my fault.

When I asked them to be compensated for the additional days, they said no, but did offer £200 per day for the inconvenience. Seems I am better off than many others.

I went to Easy Bathrooms as I had no idea about bathrooms and what was needed. I am not a builder/plumber/bathroom expert I am a lady of retirement age and was hoping the experts would be expert.

I split my order across two stores for collection, rather than pay the delivery fee. One half of the order arrived late but the emails kept saying it was instore so that was a waste of time travelling there. The other half of the order was the wrong colour when I arrived to collect and the correct tiles were not at the store until the 3rd reattempted collection date, in spite of multiple emails in between saying they were ready. A total mess and I had to postpone my tiler.

We used Easy Bathrooms in Wokingham for our family bathroom, en-suite and downstairs loo. Jack and Chris were very patient with us and provided their excellent guidance and recommendations. There were lots of decisions to make and we are very happy with the results.

Went into the Wokingham showroom , was greeted by the team who allowed me to walk around without the constant sales pitch, They simply let me know that they were there to help and not to be afraid to ask any questions .

Spoke to the manager Christos, who talked us through the options and gave us a few ideas.

Was really impressed with the knowledge the staff had and have now booked a time to get our bathroom designed.

Will be recommending them.
