Easy barhrooms Aintree Had a great experie at the aintree…

Had a great experience at the aintree store . Thomas was really helpful planning our bathroom with Stuart offering really good advice and Johnathon suggesting we move the sink to a new position which im really pleased with.Thankyou to the delivery guys who noticed a box of broken tiles and ordered a box for us. Big thankyou to the fitter Joshua Jones who has done such a fabulous high standard job it’s absolutely perfect we are so happy with the finished result

Highly recommend

Had a great experience with Trudi at the Weybridge store from the start of the process to the end including the design and all the follow ups! Thanks so much for the great service and help! Would highly recommend!

Friendly Showroom with plenty of choice.

We enjoyed the selection on display and made our choice easily.
We ordered the wall and floor tiles first which arrived as we expected.
We then chose the cupboard units which we had measured with accuracy (engineering husband). When these arrived we were missing a unit and the top plinth was half a metre short. This was an error on the ordering not measuring.
Luckily when I went in to sort this out Koi the manager was on duty. He understood my problem and promised to sort everything out. He did exactly what he said and also got me a compensation payment for the time wasted.
I would be happy to use the company again but would scrutinise my order.

51 days since starting, still not done

Edit: 7/7/26, 51 days still incomplete. 17 with no with no water in hot and cold tanks. Still boiling the kettle for dishes/flannel washing in a sink. I just want to have a shower!!!

38 days since starting. still not finished. shower not working. water tank leak. no water for 6th day now. plus a miriade of other issues. poor tardy communication if any/you have to keep chasing them. thats all i'll say for now. full review coming if this ordeal ends. they may have time to turn a scathing review into 'it was bad, but at least they were good at resolving issues'. In fact it wont even to scathing, just a link to blog of photos, screenhots of emails will be included for people to judge for themselves.

Almost everything was wrongly supplied and overpricedpaid in excess of £20,000 for the…

We paid in excess of £20,000 for the supply of 3 bathrooms and 1 downstairs toilet, only one of these didn't have a problem..
Missing shower tray, missing sink, 25% underestimation of the tiles needed in one bathroom, resulting in an additional proposed cost of £550. One bathroom had a toilet that was too tall and so crossed over the window, plus numerous other 'small' issues of being short on tiles. Tried numerous times to get access to a manager, never had the courtesy of a call back, even when contacting 'head office' with a formal complaint. To add insult to injury, everything is overpriced, when we realised they missed a shower tray off, I purchased directly from another supplier at about 50% of the cost from Easybathrooms. Save your money and hours spent in their showroom 'designing' a solution that then won't fit and go elsewhere. Extremely disappointed, save money and go to Plumbbase !

Good teamwork and lovely wet-room.

Knowledgeable staff at the Nottingham Castle branch made us felt attended to, listened to and helped us think about the finer details .
The delivery arrived and whilst the people were friendly and checked things off, several pieces were missing from the delivery and extras of others delivered instead. This wasn't flagged by them as the checked it off and could have caused some delays however the fitter, Tomasz, worked around things and picked things up in person to ensure it kept to schedule.
Tomasz's standard of work was excellent and he found the best solutions to a couple of arriving issues ( due to building not bathroom). Sarah, my person of contact, also worked hard to resolve the issues with stock when messages were passed on to her ( which didn't always happen) .
We are thoroughly happy with the finished wet-room and despite the stock issues, would and have recommend Easy Bathrooms in Nottingham, and especially Tomasz and Sarah.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this Company. So many errors on a small bathroom project They charged £70 for delivery and when it came a young slip of a girl (lovely I might say)no advice at store about delivery. She couldn’t push the 76kg slate shower tray on her van out, I had to climb into the back of the van to help her! Even when we got it on the floor we couldn’t move it! She had no sack trucks, I had a complete bathroom. I was expecting an easy bathroom lovely van and a bit of customer care and two man going out of their way considering what I had spent. But no I felt like I had got it from a back street place having to ask for help from a neighbour, most of mine are over my age but I did ask one of them to help but still struggled like mad to walk it in to the side of my house as lifting, we couldn’t. I would like to tell everyone that none of their slate shower trays can be cut and still hold their 25 year warranty and if builders chips or splinter it they will not replace. I was advised by salesperson at Bristol that they can be cut down. But funny when builder said will they honour warranty and replace if chipped, answer no and no. Asked for 1680 tray, but again another error 1600 sent! Told builder could make a small step? We had to return and ended up buying from another Company on line that will honour warranty and if splintered they would replace. I didn’t have the tap I had chosen in store. When I contacted customer services I was quoted about the delivery and was told I should have checked and opened everything before letting builder on it! And told, he should have checked tap! He didn’t no what tap I had told the salesperson (that was with me) I told him whilst he walked around with us that I wanted this tap, didn’t think I would have to take a note of the name of the tap! I asked them to replace tap and pay the builder extra to replace and refit. I was told no they wouldn’t. So I am left with a tap that I didn’t want. Then the best bit the builder was ready to put the panels on the walls. These weren’t cheap and I was having the whole bathroom done in these. He cut open the cardboard. I took a look, horror these weren’t what I ordered! He’s ready to start, I phoned store, they asked for a picture and I had a picture of what I had ordered and they said, had I left them outside at all??! What? I said no these are completely different, he did say ah yes when looking at the picture. The number they had instore was indeed what I had albeit not the same. It’s not rocket science obviously board in showroom had wrong label on the back of it. I had to make the decision to have these boards even though the builder said he would go and collect the right ones but I knew I would end up with the same as what I had so I had to have these, takes three days for delivery no stock at showrooms. Builder had a time scale and without a shower he had to get on with it. I had chosen my flooring with the picture of the board in showroom and would of chosen differently with the boards I was forced to have, my bathroom does not resemble what I had choose. I promptly got on to customers services explaining how stressful this bathroom project had become. They offered me £50 compensation! I told them not acceptable. They eventually but not apologising for the error said as a precaution they removed the panel in the showroom room. That was good of them. They came back with an extra £50 but they couldn’t give this back to myself this would be put to my credit agreement. I did the interest free. I have never heard so much rubbish and in no uncertain terms told them so and they have agreed to send this to me directly.

Unfortunately one board was incorrectly cut and builder asked me to get another one and he would pick up. You would have thought this to be easy enough. No when we eventually got the board it was of a different shading to what I had. Builder could see that the batch number was not the same I could have cried. I had had enough. Asked and told them what batch number I did need and they agreed to replace and deliver a new one. But said they didn’t replace boards if they had been cut but would as a gesture of goodwill! It was their mistake. boards are 1000 to offer them up before cutting is impossible. So builder agreed to come back out of hours and fit new board and yes wrong batch number came! I can’t tell you how unhappy I felt stressed. Am out of pocket as builder needed paying and they gave me a further £50! My bathroom with new panel looks awful it is right in front of you when on the loo!
The glue for panels aren’t able to be returned. Builder didn’t use mine said it was rubbish £140 down the drain! It’s still usable but they are deemed perishable. Joke

I had no problems with customer services responding , just not getting the response I should. Check and open everything at delivery Please Don’t sign for, until you have what ordered. You’ve been warned!

Kev was great

Kev was great. Really helpful. But on his day I had some queries and the phone was answered but then just went to answer phone. Had to email to get someone to ring me back. I ended up phoning the St Helens branch. Phone was answered and i ordered extra tiles. They where very helpful. I think your member of staff was Terry? Products great.

I ended up making four round trips (so over 4hrs travel and fuel) to the warehouse all because the display tile in the showroom was labelled incorrectly so the each time I went to collect the warehouse was indexing a different tile. Managed to sort it by going through the hard catalog to get the correct reference number. Then after taking a surplus pack back I was told you don’t refund, so that was a fifth wasted journey and another 1hr. It wasn’t a clearance tile and no one said anything about not being able to refund surplus tiles unlike topps where I’d bought some others from the same week. A lot of messing about.

The overall experience is good

The overall experience is good. The store manager, Ms Abbie Fisher, is very helpful from the design discussion to finalizing the order and resolving problems. The installer, although was friendly during installation, after I signed the completion form, however, became totally unresponsive to deal with some problems.

Poor services by the “Easy” Bathrooms : no compensation if they ruined your project

Easy Bathrooms" {though it is not "Easy" for the family} order and the significant inconvenience, delays, additional costs, and repeated issues that we have experienced as family.

The latest issue concerns the tile quantities supplied. The bathroom area was measured and calculated by Easy Bathrooms, and I relied on those calculations when placing my order. However, the quantity of tiles delivered is insufficient to complete the installation.

As the measurements and calculations were undertaken by Easy Bathrooms, this shortfall is a direct result of incorrect advice and planning provided by your company.

This error has now caused a serious delay to our building works. Our builders are already on-site and scheduled to install the tiles, specificaly four persons who are dedicatedly sourced to this project. Any delay caused by the need to source additional tiles will result in significantly extra labour charges being passed directly to me. Had the shortage arisen through my own miscalculation, I would have accepted responsibility, however, in this case I relied entirely on the measurements and calculations provided by Easy Bathrooms.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. Throughout this project I have encountered multiple problems with my order, including:

Heating mat,
Towel rail,We had to compromise for a different color towel rail.
Matching valves requiring replacement and a showroom visit.
These additional visits to the store were caused purely by poor planning and decision making on the part of "Easy bathrooms".
Multiple delays, wasted time, additional travel costs, inconvenience, and disruption to the project schedule.
Because of the inaccuracy in measurements, I have to bear the extra labour cost and that is so significant.

Easy Bathrooms - Ipswich

Darcey, Richard and and team at Easy Bathrooms - Ipswich offered an outstanding level of customer service and advice. Had a couple of problems with our bathroom products but they were resolved quickly and to our total satisfaction.
Really refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely want to help their customers.
Great staff and great products.
