Tiles arrived on time but postage was insane
Tiles were good value in the sale but £85 postage for 24 tiles was crazy, especially as we couldn't just get them delivered to a store and pick them up from there.

Very happy with the quality of the items we ordered. Abi at the Rotherham branch had some great ideas for the layout. Joe Owen, one of the recommended fitters, did a great job and also made some brilliant suggestions and we are delighted with the finished result. Thank you to all concerned.

Very friendly and helpful advice whilst perusing the showroom (and they have a LOT of bathroom furniture on display). No pressure advice. When I decided what I wanted the salesman (Anish, St Albans store) was very efficient and helpful in ordering/delivering. He also have me great advice on fitting (I did it myself). Couldn’t be happier to be honest.

Ordering and assistance at the Doncaster showroom was made very easy and they had what we wanted at a good price with what seems to be a good warranty.
The delivery was excellent and the delivery person was very sociable and helpful with nothing too much trouble.

I have nothing but praise for the Ashford store team, who are always willing to accommodate my queries and consistently go above and beyond to resolve any issues that may arise. The customer service in-store is excellent, and I am very happy with the products supplied by Easy Bathrooms.

What lets the company down is the delivery service, which has been extremely disappointing. Customers pay an additional charge for delivery, yet there is often nobody available to unload the items. Deliveries are sometimes simply left on site, and on some occasions items appear to have been literally dropped, resulting in damage.

There are also frequent issues with delivery times and communication. Deliveries do not always arrive when promised, and as I am not usually on site, I rely heavily on delivery updates to ensure someone is available to receive the goods. Unfortunately, notifications from DHL are often delayed by days, sometimes stating that items have been delivered when they have not, and delivery instructions regarding site access are often ignored.

The Ashford store staff deserve 5 stars for their service, but the delivery experience significantly detracts from what would otherwise be an excellent overall customer experience.

I visited the showroom several times to view products before the final design stage appointment. There is an excellent choice of products on display. Denny was extremely helpful providing advice and guidance to help inform my final decisions (and my last minute changes!). The 3D designs were a huge help. After delivery of the goods, one key item was missing from the order. Denny worked hard to find an alternative which did not delay the installation.
Gerry and his team carried out the removal and re-fit. They were extremely professional at every stage, arriving when they said they would, keeping me informed as to what would be done each day. They were respectful of my property and very tidy workers. All debris was removed after completion of the work.
I am delighted with the work undertaken, the finish achieved and the quality of all the products. I consider the overall cost to be good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerry and his team.

Rob, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and made sure that we got what we wanted, and we didn't feel pressured.

Visited this store last week and was very impressed.
The store is spacious well presented and information on products was readily to hand.
I cannot speak highly enough for the assistance and advice I received particularly from Tracy, Andy and another lady whose name I didn’t get.
They went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble . They were friendly,anpproachable, professional and informative and bless them they had a lot of patience as I can be indecisive.
They. are a credit to the company and I’m sure I will be back for my next home project.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom. The staff at Easy Bathrooms have been brilliant always very helpful...Darcy who came round to measure and do a plan has been very helpful, thankyou so much Darcy. The bathroom we chose looks fantastic. Easy Bathrooms has been the place to go for my sister, myself/husband and now our daughter! What better recommendation. I fixed the shower in the bathroom and the instructions are not clear.
