EasyDMARC Avis 5

EasyDMARC is a game-changer! Their platform is user-friendly, their support is top-notch, and we saw a significant improvement in email deliverability. A must-have for any business that values email security!

I've been running my own email server for over a decade. I tried EasyDMARC.com, and was surprised to find that they claim that my DKIM is invalid. They claim that the detection of the selector is automated, but it doesn't work properly. It doesn't detect simple host prefixes like "mail"... and how do you contact them? You give away all your details, even your phone number... to report a bug.

So either they're so incompetent they don't understand common DKIM selectors like "mail", or they're malicious and just want to pressure people to sign up. Either way, not a good business practice.

Note also that the "contact support" button doesn't work. It does nothing.

Fix this issue and I'll remove this review. I'm not giving you my personal information for you to fix a bug on your (paid) service.

I was previously a big fan of EasyDmarc, have written some rave reviews about them and moved to them from another provider.

I do still like the system and think it is superior to many others, so still giving them 3 stars for that.

but sadly things do seem to have gone downhill of late. I think they will lose a lot of customers as a result, which is a shame as I think their product was better and more intuitive than most of their competitors.

They got rid of the free plan, which I think was a big mistake, but worse is they simply crippled any account that was using it, blocking all access to your domains, even if you also had domains on a paid plan, you were denied access to them unless you also removed/disabled all the other domains that were on the free plan.

They also doubled all the prices on the paid plans, so their pricing is no longer very competitive.

The support has also taken a turn for the worse and the sales dept seems to be completely ignorant about the product and the business, unhelpful and just completely frustrating to speak to. He doesn't seem to have any idea how their product actually works, or how it compares to competitors and just cannot be bothered to put in even minimum effort when replying to emails (lazy).

Terrible Business Strategies. EasyDMARC recently changed their plans, and capped the maximum number of domains from unlimited to 1 on free accounts. No warning, no emails about this, nothing.

How drastic is this change? Massive! Hence my rating. I have moved all domains to a competitor and deleting the whole account with them.

I tried easyDMARC moving from another provider. They had an excellent service provision, in the end it turned out I had the DMARC setup support from my other email security service.

I paid for a subcsription before I knew I had a similar service already, but the great Christina who had helped me setup the account refunded my payment and closed my account.

While I don't need their services, if I didnt already have this I would be using them as thier customer service is excellent and the reporting on emails also very good.
