Bank has refunded us and hopefully put a block on this scamming organisation. Hopefully the bank will also report their fraudulent activities. Keep well away from them. I think it's called thieving. Police need to investigate their activities.

Hi Effpee Effpee
You will not get a reply from them here. You need to post this review question on the Trustpilot main Easylife review page.
Unworthy Trustpilot state:-
We want Trustpilot to be a place where everyone can share honest reviews that help others make informed decisions.
Well that is false as Trustpilot is run by the companies that pay Trustpilot for the companies profile. If a company does not like your truthful negative review of it they will get UN-Trust worthy Pilot to remove it.

SCAM They should not be allowed to be…
SCAM They should not be allowed to be in business, they target older people to sign up for various subscriptions that they didn’t ask for or didn’t want. My 82 year old mother in law was paying for various subscriptions that she didn’t know about. When we used power of attorney we found all of these subscriptions being taken out of her account under different names. I contacted them and asked for an explanation, they refunded over £700 but with no explanation as to why the money was taken from the account. But I intend to get to the bottom of it
UNAUTHORISED CHARGES…
BEWARE OF UNAUTHORISED WITHDRAWALS FOLLOWING A PURCHASE
This review isn't about the products Easylife sells, but rather what they might do with your bank or credit card details after a purchase.
Like many other Easylife customers, I found myself unknowingly subscribed to one of their various clubs operated by sister companies. This resulted in multiple unauthorised withdrawals from my bank account when I noticed five separate charges in a single month.
I immediately contacted my bank, who described Easylife as a "nuisance company" and suggested I reach out to them directly for a refund. I also spoke with Citizens Advice, who were already aware of this issue and suggested that Easylife typically refunds the charges when confronted.
I followed the advice and contacted Easylife. To my relief, the subscriptions were refunded promptly—no questions asked however what would have happened if I hadn't checked my bank account?
Message to Easylife:
Stop stealing from your customers and pretending you don’t know what’s going on. Your practices are deceptive and it's clear from the large number of complaints on various platforms that this isn’t a one-off issue.

In my opinion this company should not…
In my opinion this company should not be trading anymore. In simple terms they exploit people. My partner ordered an item over the phone which went through successfully. About a month after that transaction she was having a lot of money coming out of her bank account which was called rewards club. We have had to go through a lot of hassle to sort this issue out which I am pleased to say has come to a successful conclusion. I would strongly advise people thinking of doing business with this company avoid at all costs
Scam company
Scam company. My 93 year old father bought a heated towel rail from them. They phone him frequently to try and hard sell him other products or a membership. He finds it hard to get them off the phone but fortunately has his marbles and has stood firm against the hard sell. The individuals making these calls to vulnerable old people should feel ashamed.
Shameful behaviour from this company
Shameful behaviour from this company. Like many others my father has had money taken from his bank account for a 'rewards club'. Thankfully the bank flagged it as suspicious and has blocked all further transactions. Reading the previous reviews I can't help wonder how they're still operating. Scum of the earth !!
0 stars should be an option for these scammers
Like many - these scammers preyed on my elderly parents and created a monthly £19.99 rewards club payment from their bank account without their permission.
Zero stars and a giant red flag for anyone thinking of using this wretched scam organisation.
COMPLETE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could give zero stars I would.
My 87-year-old father had gone into hospital and become too ill to manage his own finances so I took over, and when I did I found that these utter scumbags had been taking £180 PER MONTH from his Barclaycard for worthless herbal prostate tablets. When I rang them to cancel the order they said it would take at least 3 months for them to cancel the order "on their system" and that I would need to send them my original Power Of Attorney document to show that I had authority to make financial decisions on his behalf before they could proceed. To Hell with that! I took it up through Barclaycard instead and got them to cancel the outgoing payments from their end. They didn't ask me for proof I had Power of Attorney, they just did it. Utter, utter, utter sharks.
This company is pure scum
This company is pure scum. They have been taking money out of my elderly mums bank account for twelve months which she had no idea about. They sent her a couple of magazines which has cost her £440. She has no idea how they got ahold of her bank details but luckily I have managed to close the account with the bank. I had rung this company up earlier to cancel the magazine when we realized she was being charged for it, their response was just giggling. I truly hate this company and all they have done to my mum.

Massive Scammers preying on elderly and vulnerable people. The reviews say it all. Horrible scamming company. Ripped off my bl8nd elderly mum. Avoid at all costs.
DISGUSTING COMPANY PREYING ON ELDERLEY PEOPLE
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Only rated 1 star as ZERO is not an option. Appalling company that target elderly and vulnerable people by misleading them into joining different Rewards clubs which take charges of £76.98. and £69.50 to join and receive nothing! Working with Lloyds bank to resolve this daylight robbery and get a refund of all payments taken from my parents bank.
Scammers
I bought two fairly inefficient wall heaters from them two years ago and now it seems that they are trying to sign me up to a rewards club against my will. It seems that they kept my payment details. I am a pensioner. I will contact my bank to try and cancel. Disgraceful.
This company are scamming my 92 year…
This company are scamming my 92 year old father, who has dementia and is in a care home. Four years ago they set up a rewards club payment without his permission, we complained they refunded. In July 24 they must have found his details on file because they charged him a one off rewards charge, and then in September they started to charge him a weekly charge for a membership he could not have agreed to (he's in a care home with dementia) They do not reply to e-mails, they never have a manager available to talk to. How do you live with yourselves, you are the lowest of the low!
Easy life scam
My elderly mother has just gone into care and I see she brought an item from Easylife in 2022 since then they have taken £18.50 every month which she did not understand amounts to nearly £400 I also think they sold her data
They are a shameful company and were fined by the ICO for breach of data avoid these scammers
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Placed an order over 2 years ago, company have since shared my details with another company under their umbrella, which have proceeded to try and take large amounts of money from my account, “the rewards company” for subscriptions that I have not consented to or have any idea about - thankfully my bank have blocked these transactions but somehow they seem to have the new card details before I do which results in continuous cycle of needing new cards. I have requested they remove all of my details however no reply. Easy life is part of an elaborate scam and share your details without your consent and are defrauding hundreds of people!
