Not received my order which was ordered on 9/12/22, an no reply to my last email askin where my order was it has now been nearly a month

ORDERD A SET OF PLATES DEC 13 DID NOT ARRIVE FOR XMAS PHONED 3/01/23 WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE THERE NXT DAY MORNING DELL STILL NO DELLIVERY SPOKE TO SALES PERSON CALLED AMARI THEY ARE ALL A PUNCH OF LIEERS WE PAYED FOR A 48 HOUR DELL . IF YOU WANT A NUMBER PLATE GO SOME WHERE TIDY WANT A PUNCH OF COW BOYS MR T MUSTOE

Responsive when I contacted as I hadn't received my item, wasnt their fault.

They came but we’re not road legal so I rang and was told they would send me a new legal set. Every few days I ring to say they havent come and i get the same we will find out and get them sent to you soon but nothing seems to happen

They’re still not here so I don’t know what resolved means to you but it’s been over a month since this new set “were sent” - must be a long strike

Update number 2: still going nearly two months now and still no number plates, keep getting told I’ll be called back and actually they said they would actually send a third set (they never sent the original replacements) until calling them back a week later to say they haven’t come I’d like a refund- was told no I’d have to speak to this elusive man who is on may case and is apparently going to call me back ( also the this third set were never actually sent just another empty promise). Then I ring back a couple of days later and am told I will now only be given a refund and must send the illegal plates back on a label they will send me, did they send me a label - no

Ordered a set of 3d plates on a 48hour services, 48hour later, no plates, no communication and £45 out of pocket…doubt I will get them in time for Christmas now

Great plates and very quick personal delivery

I have used them twice now and both times it took over a week for the plates to arrive after emailing them constantly and being charged extra for delivery. Would not recommend.

The number plates I received where top quality and had zero complaints about them.

I had an issue with one of them going missing and although their warranty doesn’t cover loss, they still gave me a 25% discount so I could purchase a new one to replace it.

During this process they were extremely quick at responding and processed the discount within minutes! Wouldn’t recommend anyone over them, they’re customer service is next to none!

Only just seen the other comments, paid over £140 for carbon plates and no where to be seen, order is still processing, chased several times to be told they are checking with parcel force, still no tracking ID sent. Useless, avoid at all costs.

Over a week delay, told had to send in documentation for them to be sent. Told them not to bother and still sent the plates out, without me sending them the legal documentation. The best of all, is when opening, the L was wonky lol and the extra I had paid for the fixings was missing as well. Joke of company!!

Company offered a full refund if plates returned, returned on the 24th Nov, still waiting refund. Offered me free plates if I added a 5 star review, no chance, had to get credit card company involved. AVOID AVOID

Avoid!
Received a set of plates recently, both damaged and incorrect.
Contacted them immediately by email……..nothing!
Mailed three times, all ignored, so I then emailed and threatened to ask my bank to do a charge back, got a response within the hour saying replacements would be done the next morning.
Several days later, no plates and they won’t respond to any of my emails when I ask for the tracking number so they are not coming.
Last night I filed a chargeback request to my bank, didn’t want to but I have no option if they just ignore me.
Shocking (also didn’t ask for any proof I own the registration……I should have known from there irs a hooky set up!)

Amazing quality looks fantastic on the car

No plate turned up after 3 weeks of chasing them telling me it was turning up withing a week then eventually I ended up asking for a refund as I was getting no response.

Absolute shocking service, paid extra for Saturday delivery, rang them got told will chase tracking, rang again got told there was problems, rang again ignored. Plates never received, no apology. Did get refund. Stay away. FYI they was name plates no ID required

Absolutely spot on service. Cant fault Amer communication and turnaround are next to none. Prices are very competitive and always offers all the latest designs.
