I have passed my driving test first time and that to mention Mr. Mansoor. Mansoor was a really effective driving instructor, assessed me from first day of lesson and understood my potential. Within no time I have managed to complete all the driving practical syllabus and was able to pass with only 2 minor faults! I am still over the moon and this feels like a great achievement. Thankyou mansoor for your patience and kindness towards me and making me come out of my comfort zone to get that pass!

Easy Pass driving - Booked an instructor 2 hr driving session with the main office. The instructor who came was Sheila Kaur. Turned up 5 min late no apology and did not let me drive for 30 min till we reached Wallsend. I have been learning with another instructor for 4 months but he was on holiday hence I got extra lessons.

Terrible attitude, no empathy and very patronising. I cant speak for the other instructors but based on my experience today, I will not be using this instructor again. Def not recommending this company.

I received contact from my easypass instructor on 20 March to arrange my first lesson on 1st of April.
From then to the 10th of June my instructor cancelled on me 6 times often on the day with one or two hours notice.

When on the 6th cancellation I finally said I wouldn't continue my lessons there was no apology and no offer of a refund for the lesson which I had paid for and had to ask for the money back (yet to be returned)

In total I completed 4 lessons with 6 cancellations, one of which was for a mechanical fault on a Sunday afternoon which was repaired by Monday the following day.

Avoid easypass if you aren't an intensive learner you aren't a priority.

I am deeply disappointed and hope I get better treatment from another school.

I'm delighted to share that I have successfully passed my driving test today!

My instructor, Mansoor, was incredibly patient and helpful, at no point did I feel like I was hopeless at driving but I was constantly aware of the room for improvement. He was incredibly reliable and friendly. Every lesson was intentional, not a single second felt wasted.

Had a driving instructor for a couple of months we were quite friendly and talked a bit outside lessons, she then began cancelling even last minute 95% of my lessons and I’d go weeks without having one I’d see on her stories she’d be going out when she told me she was “sick” or “threw her back out”

Learning with Vikesh was an absolute treat, he's patient and caring in that he genuinely wants you to succeed in developing your driving skills and passing your test.

I did an intensive course with him, and went from knowing a couple things to passing my test first time!

Would recommend EasyPass to anyone who wants to learn how to drive, but learn to drive well.
