Thank you Easy pass tours , The very charming and informative Matt took us up the tower on a skip the line tour , i was wondering if it really was skip the line , but skip we did , well worth booking the tour , even my Mrs was impressed .

The tour was delayed and the guide did not know much about the Louvre. He looked like he was new to Paris, perhaps a student from local college. Here is what he said at one point: I think the name of this king was Louis, or may be Phillipe. Huh? I think? Also some of the pictures that he depicted and informed us about--it was utterly incorrect information. I could have given 1 star but the additional star is for the co-guide from Sri Lanka who accompanied the guide and made sure that the crowd stayed in order and we all could keep us with the extremely fast pace of the guide --who was basically rushing through different rooms to make us for initial delays. His audio system was broken and it took forever to find a replacement. What was commendable though that the poor kid (the guide) ran out and got a new replacement. When he was back he was panting. Easy Pass and Fat Tire Bike tours did a poor job of putting a novice in this situation.

These guys are SUPERB!!!! I have worked with Ali via email and have mapped out an entire day fro a very small group. She planned a tour of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, a walking tour of the city and then Notre Dame all at a truly remarkable price! I know that our group will get the most out of these attractions and the City of Lights while we are visiting!!!

I would definitely recommend Easy Pass Tours to our traveling friends - the meeting place was very easy to locate, the people at the counter were great, and our guide was very knowledgable and friendly. Very well organized!

We are traveling to Paris for the first time in October & wanted to be sure to visit the Eiffel Tower. However, when we went online to reserve tickets, they were already sold out for the day we wanted. But...we were able to get tickets for our desired day & time from Easy Pass Tours. We were delighted & would certainly use Easy Pass Tours again.

We did three Skip the Line tours and a Versailles Bike Tour (Fat Bike/Blue BikeTours). All well run, organised and great guides!!

For 15 euro you can wait in the line and go to the same places. For your 40 euro, you skip the line at the entrance only. When you skip the line at the bottom if there are vacant spots behind you then the controllers ler the other paying person join your libe, when the escaulator arrives you aregenerally pushedbout of the irrespective of age. You are told to go to the 2nd floor and straight to the top, this is where uour hour and a half come in, because you get no special treatment after the ground floor. If you dont have the cash you really are not wasting anymore time and may as well go under your own steam. We are old and thought we would get looked after all thexway thru, this is not the case on this tour. Would I do it again, no

Excellent tour of the Eiffel Tower. We arrived late due to traffic, and our guide was more than happy to wait for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and we loved his stories from each side of the tower.

After having booked the Easy Pass Eiffel Tower Tour because there were no pre-bookable tickets available with the Tower direct we did read on some reviews that the Easy Pass guide gave brief information on the Tower enroute from their offices (close by) but then dropped them at the front of the queue to make their own way into the Tower so were sceptical to say the least.

Our scepticism was unfounded as our guide Sarah (that was SARAH whoop whoop!!!!)was excellent. She was friendly, witty and knowledgeable. A real people person she engaged with the group totally and whilst some of the history stuff went over our heads a lot of it was very interesting.

Would have no qualms about re-booking other trips should we re-visit Paris in the future.

Definitely worth any amount of money just being able to skip the line. The information provided by the guide was also appreciated. You still have to wait in line for the elevators but there is nothing you can do about that.

This place reminds me of the Apple Store. Walking in you are greeted by 1 of the many guys and gals in red shirts. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. Great organization.

My son and I went to the Eiffel Tour.
Tour guide very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great to skip the first stage of the queues to get to second floor, can see it must be at least an hour long wait time.
Pity that it took another hour of queuing to use the lift to get to the top of the tour.
It's misleading the tagline "Skip the queue", it's skip 1 stage of the queue, but not stage 2.

Although I have not been on the tour yet, I can say the service has been excellent. I made an error on the date and they sorted it for me immediately, SUPER SERVICE!!!

I took the guided tour for Louvre museum.It started at 3 as planned,museum closes at 6.Tour was 2 hrs,its a huge museum and 2 hrs doesnt cover even 15-20% of collection.The guide was very nice,but time is not enough.Plus after we are done with guide,we are on our own.But for afternoon tours,there is hardly one hr left .So afternoon tour is throwing money away.Even for morning tour ,the time with guide is not enough.It should be minimum 4 hrs guided tour.I will strongly recommend to just go on Louvre website,buy tickets on your own and I'm sure they will have option of audio guide with tickets.All you need is audio guide(,most of them provide it with tickets )and spare full day for it.You should start early and go thru on your own.Take the maps from the information counter and audio guide from museum itself.It will be lot less expensive plus you can stroll on your own.Here you have to run with group,wont even get time to take pictures at ease.As they have to wrap up in 2 hrs.There is no way to go back after one round with guide as you will be tired and exhausted walking too.

I found it very easy to book my Eiffel Tower Skip the line tickets with Easy Pass Tours. Also a very quick response to confirm my booking. I would use and recommend Easy Pass Tours in the future.

It was worth every cent ,the lines were massive we walked straight through.the guide Carlos was knowledgeable,informative,caring, friendly and entertaining .It was a fantastic tour not only did we learn about the Eiffel tour but experienced lots of French history and the view was amazing .

My husband and I enjoyed so much the Segway tour with Jacob. Really happy we opted to do it on our first day in Paris. We covered so much ground on those little machines and had a great time. Definitely recommend it.

WOW! What an amazing experience to tour the Eiffel Tower! So beautiful! All made easy by our guide Justin who was informative and interesting to listen to. We will definately book all of our tours with easy Pass tours - well worth the extra not to have to line up - and to have someone take you through it all.
