If you want a booklet finish, brochures are not the way to go as there is no structure and the brochures bend very easily as a A3 folded into A4 design.

Hi Claudia,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, and for taking my call last week regarding your latest order.
Once again, I apologise that the Brochures were not what you were looking for! In future, if looking for a thicker option, we do offer a 310gsm artboard for our Menus.
However, we are also always happy to provide a sample pack of our small format options, as well, as it’s always easier to gauge the thickness of a material in person. This can be found on our website under Sample Packs.
I hope that the full refund, along with the time our team has spent assisting you since, demonstrates our genuine care and willingness to go above and beyond for our amazing customers.
We look forward to hopefully working with you again in future, where we can offer you our usual 5 star service.
Thanks again,
Jess :)
Loved the designers assistance and every detail of the experience
