Overall, the moving experience was good and we did not have any major problems during the move itself. Considering that we had a fully furnished home, most of our belongings were packed and transported reasonably well.

However, considering the price we paid and the level of service we expected, the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations.

The main issue was that the team appeared to be understaffed for the size of the move. We only arrived at the new property at around 4 PM, and by the evening the team was understandably exhausted. They managed to unpack and assemble the main furniture, but there was not enough time or energy to properly arrange our belongings, organize the wardrobes, or complete many of the smaller details that we expected as part of the service. We ultimately had to do much of this ourselves.

Two of our tables were also damaged during the move. The company acknowledged the damage, but unfortunately the after-sales response has been disappointing. Three to four days later, despite repeatedly following up with customer service and the relevant team members, we still have not received a clear resolution and keep being passed from one person to another.

This is particularly disappointing because communication was extremely quick and responsive when we were booking the service and making payment. We also paid an additional amount for insurance, so we expected the same level of responsiveness when dealing with a damage claim.

Overall, the move itself was handled reasonably well, but the insufficient manpower, incomplete unpacking/arrangement service, and especially the poor after-sales follow-up prevent me from giving a higher rating.

For these reasons, I believe 3 out of 5 stars is a fair rating.

One of the best moving experiences I’ve had! The team was extremely well organized, professional, and very easy to rely on. They were more than happy to extend their time to make sure everything was completed properly, which I really appreciated.

My move was quite complicated overall, but they handled everything very well and did a great job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them!

I received an offer letter and signed contract from EasyTruck. Based on this, I resigned from my stable job of 4+ years. One week before my notice period ended, they informed me they could no longer hire me, with no explanation or compensation.
I kept emailing them, asking for clarification, even the CEO, but I was bluntly ignored.
This left me unemployed with no income, despite acting in good faith on their written offer.
I would caution anyone considering joining this company to be very careful. Get everything in writing and have a backup plan.
