Placed order on 28th May, most of it arrived on 30th May but hand written on the delivery note was a correction that some was on back order

Zero communication form easywineshop since then despite multiple e-mails, calls and their online chat

Their website shows the order as fulfilled when it has not been

The complete lack of a response is what I am upset about. Back order is fairly normal, but to not deliver the back order, or communicate, or respond has disgusted me

I'm now reporting it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank

Very thankful I kept hold of their delivery note and idn't just trust them

I will never, ever order from them again

It had been almost three months and I have never received my wine or my refund. Contacted the email they have on their website multiple times and have never received a response. I have alo tried their phone number, twitter and text message service - none are active. Do NOT purchase from this site you will never get your money back. My bank are looking into it and because they've also not gotten a response from the company I have to wait 6 months before getting my money back. I paid for 48 hour shipping and never even got an email saying my parcel has been despatched.

Delivery excellent Wine Descriptions hopeful. Out of 4. One Ok 3 took me back to the days of a long way from even being a Blue Nun.

A+ service from this company, ordered wine on Tuesday and it was delivered today. Super quick delivery. Packaging for the wine was first class. Will order from here in the future.

Wanted to find a wine I had in a restaurant that’s not available in the shops. One other provider sells it at £3 a bottle cheaper but seemed it was for businesses only. Was very pleased to find this company.I ordered 13 bottles of the same. Disappointing thing for me was only 1 bottle, part of my order, was delivered and when I enquired as to why days later, an email was answered immediately, which was brilliant, stating it would be checked which she did and confirmed my order had been damaged by the courier. Another was sent and I received it very quickly. I gave this 3 stars for the simple reason that if I had not enquired myself, they wouldn’t have known and I find it difficult to know why.

My first purchase from Easywineshop went very well. Wine was delivered within just 2 days (very carefully packaged). I liked the wine that I'd tasted when recently staying at a hotel and this was the only supplier I could find in the UK. It wasn't a large order but now that I trust them I will make regular purchases.

I'm really glad I found this shop. I'd been searching for a vintage Spanish rioja that I had at a restaurant a few years back and was thrilled to find it at a very reasonable price. The selection of wine is also fantastic, excellent customer service and the bottles arrived well packaged. I'll definitely order with them again!
