Amy's cakes are truly wonderful. I'm a returning customer. I ordered a marble cake with personal decoration, for my boyfriend's birthday - around NYE. We had the cake at a small party with friends (& their kids). The cake was devoured almost instantly. The layers of icing in particular were incredible. I feel like her cakes are actually better than anything non-vegan.

On the 22nd Nov I placed an order to arrive the following Friday, 1st Dec. I received an email confirming dispatch of my order.
The items didn't arrive on the Friday and also didn't arrive on the Sat 2nd Dec.
I wrote to the contact email address "Hello@eatbyamy" on that Saturday evening.
I noted that I had seen the disclaimer on the website about reliance on the postal service and that there is no guarantee that orders will arrive on time (unless you pay extra). However, I needed to ask whether the order had actually been sent and if it had, to provide feedback that Royal Mail had let the business down.
I'm writing this review on the 16th Dec, two weeks later, and I am yet to receive a reply!!
The order finally arrived on Monday 4th Dec. The items were still delicious....even though, by then, they were 4 days old.
My feedback here would be.....in my experience, small companies rely heavily on providing great experiences for their customers, especially new customers and that communication is key. I am left feeling very disappointed by the lack of response to my email, I feel that I, the customer, don't matter, I'm not worth the time and effort needed to reply. Whether I use this company again is still to be determined, there are plenty of similar companies online.
Finally, if you're ordering something special that needs to arrive on time, make sure to pay the extra for guaranteed delivery.

The most delicious vegan treats. I’ve tried a lot of vegan brownies, but these from Eat By Amy are by far superior to any I’ve had before.
I bought some items when I saw Amy at Broadway Market and then purchased a box of 6 brownies to arrive by post. I’m so impressed and will purchase again.
I also think communication, delivery and cost is fair and well maintained.

An unbelievably atmospheric and lamplight evening was had at this fabulous establishment. Every time we come to this place, it's soooo delicious! I recommend

Bought them for a discerning friend who said they "tasted great, like a cross between a cookie and a brownie". He had no idea they were vegan too.

I decided to order from Eat by AMY after I tried one of her blondies at a vegan event. I ordered the surprise box and it was great! As it was a surprise box, I could have got anything and I got a lovely mix of delicious, *vegan* brownies. I personally would have loved to get some blondies (as I prefer those) but the brownies were really good and on the website, it does say that I can get anything so I can't really complain haha.

I would definitely recommend buying from Amy and I hope to try more of her products!

Arrived perfectly on time, huge and amazing variety of brownies. Didn’t love the lemon drizzle blondies, they were a bit dry, but everything else was delicious

Best vegan brownies ever!!
We treat ourselves to a box of brownies ever so often wouldn’t go anywhere else for brownies. Consistently good quality.

We ordered the Chocolate Chip & Coffee Brownies. Everything came on time, unfortunately they did not taste as good as I was expecting. The texture was very greasy and stodgy. I could barely taste the coffee which was the main thing I was looking forward to. They also had some nuts in which did not complement the brownies. On another note, I will say communication with Amy has always been great. Her Biscoff cake is AMAZING and I will still be happy to try more of her bakes. Sorry this is not as positive as I would like.

Ordered a mixed box of brownies, they were delicious and none of us could tell they were vegan. I will definitely be ordering more, everyone says the whoppie pies are also amazing so they are next on my order list! Very fast delivery too.

I’ve eaten via Amy for just under a year now and have always had the same, consistent quality throughout. The bake bundles, the whoopie pies and a special shout out for my delicious birthday cake made to order !!! Cannot rate her bakery enough

With the announcements of lockdown ending in 21st June, I may need to stop ordering from Amy. As this body needs to be a certified GOD, and her bakes are like heaven made by Aphrodite’s herself. Truly scrumptious and mouthwatering!

I think we've ordered a box from Amy every month of lockdown. Absolutely love her cookies and brownies - the texture is so soft and gooey you would never think they're vegan! We've defo tried our fair share of 'vegan treat suppliers' but I honestly couldn't recommend Amy more!!
