This is a three star review

This is a three star review - would have been five star based on the food box that came which I loved, but since then their recipes are sold out every day of the week ( even on a Saturday after the previous weeks order deadline so should be a new week ) and they are not replying to their own message system despite sending several messages !!
I had recommended to friends but have since been unable to make an order or get any information. I’m now ordering with mindful chef as I’m a full time key worker but would have liked to also continue with eat Dishy as I’m vegan.
Frustrating !!
Have they gone out of business?

Hi Salli,

Thank you for getting in touch. I've looked into your order and can see that it's scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 19th January. On your order confirmation you will see a shipping section, where it confirms the delivery as follows: "Tracked delivery - Delivery on Tuesday 19th January - Mainland UK only, excluding the Scottish Highlands (1.5 kg)".

In order to minimise food wastage and ensure we send the best ingredients possible, we deliver all of our recipes every Tuesday, with the order deadline being the previous Friday at midnight. I can see that you placed your order on Monday 11th January, so your order will be included in this week's deliveries as per usual.

I was really surprised and impressed…

I was really surprised and impressed with the Dishy delivery. Having used a few recipe box delivery companies, I'm usually dismayed at the size of the box and all the plastic packaging that comes with it. So when the dishy box arrived with minimal packaging and only recyclable/compostable bags I was really pleasantly surprised. Just had the first two recipes and they were delicious and easy.

Essentially £3 worth of floppy veg in a paper bag and no recipe provided. Certainly won’t be purchasing again

Thank you for getting in touch. I've had a look into your account and can see that we spoke about this order on 17th December - 4 days prior to this review. I am sorry you were unhappy with your produce, however we pride ourselves on sourcing the finest produce possible, while also packaging them responsibly. All of our produce is packed as close to shipping as possible, meaning that it stays fresher for longer, without the need for mountains of plastic.

I can see from our previous correspondence that I personally sent across recipe instructions to all of your recipes on 17th December and, as is usually the case, you also received an email containing these at the time of your order.

I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you further and will be in touch via our previous conversation thread.

Tasty meal, original flavours!

Simple yet tasty recipe with ingredients/flavours we wouldn’t have considered combining. We enjoyed trying something new and it encouraged us to cook and eat together! Would definitely order again.
