100% recommend

I have a milk intolerance so have been trying to find non-dairy alternatives to things. The white chocolate wafer bars are so delicious! They genuinely taste even better than Buenos and you could definitely not tell they are non dairy. I would 100% recommend.

What happened??

I've ordered from them before and their products are really nice and when I've got in touch previously they've been very friendly, helpful, and punctual in their replies. I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago and the parcel never turned up and trying to get an update and then refund was so unpleasant; the person I spoke to was terse, borderline rude, and I had to keep requesting updates. It's so disappointing as they were so nice before - are they under new management who don't care?

Nothing received zero customer service

Absolutely rubbish made an order /took my money and no goods arrived. They don’t reply to emails or Facebook messenger. Surely there has to be a way of speaking to a human. They have not fulfilled the contract and seems it’s a common thing .
AVOID at all cost

Terrible customer service

Great products, the best products for dairy free chocolate. However, their customer service is awful.
Ordered a product on 18/12, box arrived in good time, but box was over sized, no packing inside and badly sealed so 1 item was missing. Emailed them on 22/12 to ask for the missing item to be re-sent, no reply. Chased via the webform on 3/1, I got a reply almost immediately apologising, saying the product would be sent out. Nothing. I chased on the 25/1 and got a reply saying it wouldn't be in stock until the end of Feb; if I wanted a refund, I could have one, but I could also wait. I haven't replied, and then on 29/1, I got a message from someone completely different giving me a refund.
Sounds like a right mess there. Never buy direct if you can help it.

Awful customer service

I love their products but their customer service is terrible. Ordered a product on cyber Monday (27th Nov), they took the money straight away. I gave them a week and no change in the order status, so j contacted them, they replied that they were very busy so please be patient, I gave them another week, same response, then on Friday (15th december) they cancelled my order and issued a partial refund, they haven't refunded my delivery cost.

Even though I really love their products and they are one of the few things I can eat I have cancelled all my subscriptions with then as this isn't the first time they have messed me around.

Bad customer service

Left an item out of my order (advent calendar). When I emailed they said they can send it or refund, so I said send it please. They said there would be a delay, which i didn't mind as my partner who it was for, was away for a week anyway. A week later still hadn't been dispatched so emailed again. Took a couple of days to reply and then said that they were out of stock of that item, which is why it hadn't been sent yet. This is now halfway through December. I'm not sure when they were intending to send an advent calendar which obviously is for December. They refunded in the end but took a few weeks.

I would have thought they would have provided better customer service considering that they are a small company and it was there mess up.

I gave them starts because there chocolate is nice.

Awful experience. Placed an order three weeks ago and hadn't heard anything so emailed earlier in the week asking for an update and they confirmed it would be dispatched before Christmas. Today I today got an email saying I was being refunded with no explanation and when I replied, they said it was because the product I ordered was out of stock which I imagine means that no one that ordered in the past three weeks is getting theirs either! Meanwhile they've been doing paid ads for people to get their order in before the last Christmas delivery deadline. AWFUL. Avoid!!!!

So much for supporting ethical brands..

I wanted to give 2 stars as it’s ongoing correspondence, but since the responses keep being ridiculous not even acknowledging information I’m sharing which is taking a toll on my personal time having to go down for 1 star. Shipping fees & then having to wait nearly a month now to get my order out, really frustrating. Zero compassion. Also poor commercial practices increasing their pricing just before black friday discounts.

Great product but the customer service is shameful

I've been a huge fan of LoveRaw over the last year or so, even converting friends and my partner into fans too - but this latest experience has really left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered a few things for Christmas presents and myself, during the last week of November, and it took a bit longer to arrive but I figured it's a busy time so it's to be expected. But when it did arrive I was missing a whole blooming box - I emailed support@ and it's been well four days and I've had no response. None. Not even an acknowledgement to say "we're busy and we'll be in touch soon", just nothing. I even reached out on social media and again nothing, but yet they can send marketing emails to me?
Oh and my partner also made a Christmas order, and told me he was also missing items, but they refunded him - so where is the consistency in service?
I understand growing businesses have issues, especially during peak seasons, but there's no excuse for ignoring customers. Having been a huge advocate for the brand, I can safely say this experience has changed it, and I'm out of pocket, but judging by these reviews I'm not alone.

Update - still yet to hear from them!

Appalling customer service

Ordered 2 mixed boxes for Christmas gifts- only 1 box turned up with just a random selection thrown in and not at all what is listed on the website. 3 attempts to contact them and days later only received an email with a refund for one box and no other info. or apology! I thought I was supporting a small business and would have had better customer service but sadly not- won't be buying from them again.
