5 stars: incredible rotating menu. 5 stars: super responsive support. My only gripe is the shipping fee—wish there was a more affordable option.

The meals are consistent and the delivery reliable! I’ve been struggling with health issues and could no longer prepare my own meals and these have been a life saver. I like how nutritionally balanced the meals are and that I can choose the ones I want each week based on the nutritional value. I find that pan sautéing them is the yummiest way to heat them up.

Food is delicious! Accurate and timely delivery. Everything about the process was perfect!

The delivery service is very helpful. It’s one of the primary reasons I started and stay. We miss the lasagna

I have used the service for a good part of a year. Deliver of product is great. Quality of product varies. I have had really good luck w/ the quality of the pulled pork and bbq beef dishes. I have had less luck with the other dishes (reoccurring sand/dirt bits on potatoes in meal). Overall, presentation of meals online are not what is delivered. Online meals are well separated and presented. In reality, items blend together in the final product and LARGE amounts of liquid exist after properly reheating the dinners.

I’m not in town with any Eat the 80 locations. Personally I think the food is not good on the whole. I’m canceling soon.

Food was ok, but being “trapped” in a subscription is no way to run a business…. Let people try it first and THEN OPT in to a subscription…. Not being locked in to a subscription before you remember it and you’re charged and then you communicate LONG BEFORE shipment made SHOULD be credited back and shipment not sent….but no….. because you don’t communicate SEVEN DAYS BEFORE shipment goes out (only six) you get charged. Not a good business model. Like the not having to plan for meals but too expensive for small orders.

Meals are tasty and shipping was on time!

Loved the meals but wish there were options to do more protein and less vegetables as I’m allergic to so many. I do love being able to heat up a meal and not have to cook for an hour ever night. That part is the best!

the food is delicious! Arrived cold in ice packs. No complaints from me I would definitely give them a try if you are on the fence!

Delivery was two days late. Customer service is absolutely horrible. "She" claims that "she's" the only one who answers the phone, but obviously "she" works from home because a male answered the phone when I called, got my information and "he" claimed that everything was correct. When I called back the next day, the female wanted to literally argue with me that I did not call and no male voice answered the phone. I called back the following week to inquire about my order, customer service has been avoiding me like the plague.
Finally my order has arrived and 3 meals are missing.
This is the first and last time I will order from "EAT THE 80!"
I do not believe this company has any intentions of improving anything!
If I could give them a grade, I would grade this company with a "Z," along with the bottom left side of a piece of a star. Completely Horrible and that's being nice.

We enjoy each and every Whole30 meal we've been receiving. They're absolutely delicious!! Thanks for keeping us on track with our diet.

Customer service is great and the food is great! A little pricey but everything has gone up lately. Definitely worth it to avoid cooking and still eat healthy!

Delivery was good and I liked that the location and time table of the driver was texted to me. My Dad enjoyed one of the meals immediately for lunch and said the food was tasty and the portion size good. He did mention that the rice in the dish was too spicy. Any chance of having level of spice choices or option to leave off sauces?

We have tried a few other meal services and this so far tasted the best. My wife was super excited after the taste test so keep up the good work. The meals are a little pricey though so not sure if we will continue

The variety of meals are astounding to me! I love the selections and they have all tasted wonderful!
