Never trust this company. They have charged £10.99 without any information for subscription. I didn’t get any email regarding it nor it shown my App Store subscription

Great customer service
Originally i was not happy with the product as it was 'grubby', despite being new (new born baby comforter etc). I messaged ebebek and they immediately responded giving me a choice of refund or replacement. I chose a replacement, and was sent it very promptly. Thank you for your attentive customer service.

Ebebek was great value and seems really…
Ebebek was great value and seems really good, however, I can’t fully comment as we purchase our item 2 days ago and Evri has just email to say we won’t get it for another week despite ebebek saying delivery is 1-2 days. I am hoping that ebebeks downfall is simply using Evri, as it does seem really good value!

Wipes caused v bad nappy rash and…
Wipes caused v bad nappy rash and although they claim a high percentage is water, they put perfum in the ingredients which is not good for skin, cheap but very bad.
Vests were cheap at the baby show but very hard material and not soft at all.
