Fantastic experience. Obviously you will get a little less than you would selling privately but there is zero hassle, zero risk and you get paid almost immediately. I accepted my offer on Friday, the bike was collected on Sunday and I was paid on Tuesday. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick sale and a fair price.

Excellent service. I recieved a fair quote very quickly. As soon as I accepted e-bike exchange just asked for some documentation once provided a courier was immediately organised to collect the bike. Even though this was over Christmas the courier picked the bike up within a few days. When the bike arrived with them it had a part missing. After a quick exchange of emails they took responsibility for this and agreed to take it up directly with the courier company. My money was transferred to my acccount and arrived immediately. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole transaction
