I’ve just purchased an Ado Air 28 Pro e-bike, having spent much time researching which bike to buy, I found this UK based company to be the most competitively priced.

They have provided fantastic customer service, keeping me updated with delivery dates, sending me a free bike lock and even offering temporary insurance if needed.

I much appreciated the personalised follow up card from the founder of E-Bikes Express.

I cannot recommend this Company highly enough and they surpassed my expectations.

The bike I bought is a Juicy town e-bike. I was worried about the size and weight and the assembly. It was Perfect. Very easy to put together- even for arthritic hands. The youtube video was very helpful. The weight is fine and it handles very easily. So happy to be on the road again with the wind in my hair. Bought because of knee damage which stopped me cycling after a lifetime of using a bike as main transport for work, shopping and getting out and about. This is perfect - still a little effort for peddling if I want, but assistance for when it is too much. Brilliant! So happy! And I definitely recommend buying from this company. Please don't change the service - it's what gave me confidence to invest so much in a bike after cycling for 25 years on one that I swapped for some climbing shoes.

Just received my bike. Very pleased. What I'm more pleased with is the outstanding customer service and attention to detail I received from the E-Bikes Express team every step of the way from purchase to delivery. I'm old enough to remember proper old fashioned customer service and I thought it was a thing of the past until last week. As I was buying through the Cycle 2Work scheme and doing it all online I was a little bit concerned, but I need not have been as Joe and his team made the whole process painless. Important to note that they also use an excellent courier service for deliveries who couldn't have been more helpful. I rarely write reviews as they sound insincere and corny, but please buy with confidence from these guys, you won't regret it. Many thanks to you, will definitely use you for future purchases.

Lovely bike, my first e bike. I'm a very youthful 77 year old, but bike riding was getting a bit tiring. Buying this Pixie has been a great experience for me, hills no problem. I need to do one or two modifications to make the bike fit me better . I'm only a little chap 5ft 1 in, but when the seat was as low as possible, great I could put my feet on the ground. My legs are only 27 inch inside leg, but on the low seat setting l just could not turn the pedals my knees were nearly touching my chin. Had to put the seat up 4 in to get the pedals turning. My daughter has recommended a dropper post so I can adjust it as I ride. Quite happy with my purchase, the battery life seems excellent and I am really looking forward to going on long rides again.
